Stylish Stay in the Heart of Asheville

It was beautiful! From the lobby to the rooftop, and our room too. We really enjoyed the game room and bar in the basement as well.

Beautiful hotel

The room is very modern with lots of great features like 2 large, lighted mirrors, a small drip coffee maker, a delivered breakfast basket with fruit, yogart and a warm pastry and a comfy bed. The room was very clean and had floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the park downtown area. I loved the flooring...no gross hotel carpets!! There is a comfy lounge chaise by the window and a long bench to put all your bags on. There's a small refrigerator with some free pop, juice and a few other snacks. The basement bar, The Draftsman, was very cool and fun. It had a pool table, pinball machines, skeeball and games on the table(large Jenga, Connect 4) with lots of comfortable seating.

Short list.... the check in was crazy and crowded. I was surprised I was unable to check my bill on the TV for check out. The biggest complaint is the walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors pretty clearly... so beware.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location

Incredible staff service and the room was so beautiful and comfortable. They dropped off gluten free pastries for us each morning. You could walk everywhere so easily.

On the Friday night we were staying there were loud drums in the park across the hotel. Made it slightly difficult to put our son down for bed.

There are no words. Perfect.

Phenomenal attention to detail. The hardware touches are beautiful. The rooms are huge and absolutely fantastic. We’ve been staying at Grove Park 4x a year for 13 years and have permanently switched to The Restoration. We even booked our holiday stay while there this past weekend. Wonderful staff, always on task and felt like family but at a 5 star level. The hotel is intimate yet expansive. We felt right at home. Great food too. Everything was over the top perfect.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited

Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff, prime location and included hotel transportation (within 2 miles) were some of my favorite features. I loved the little extras they provide like beverages and continental breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff, spacious rooms and convenient location.

The hotel is very new with welcoming staff and beautiful decorations. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. I like the fact that there was a vanity table in addition to the bathroom mirror and a full-length floor mirror, which is great for us to get ready for a wedding. The staff was super welcoming and able to accommodate us for early check-in and late check-out. The location is great, which is walkable to multiple restaurants, boutique stores, bars, and galleries.

Nothing particular in my mind. I would definitely come back to the same hotel again if I visit Asheville.

Best hotel accommodations in Asheville!

Location was as good as it gets for walking to anything downtown, Staff was more than accommodating and so very pleasant and thoughtful. And the hotel was just beautifully appointed. Loved the prompt valet service too.

It was a great experience.

Fabulous room! Loved the lighting and the sitting area with the giant window. I found the design of the room to work really well. Very well appointed with appropriate lighting and super cozy.

Just one snarly bartender but the rest of the staff was tremendously knowledgeable and gracious. Both bars are fantastic.

Gorgeous Venue, Amazing Staff, Perfect Location

Besides being an incredibly beautiful hotel, the staff was top notch. They were all exceptional - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, etc. We loved having three restaurants / bars right on site. The rooftop bar was particularly awesome - great views, indoor / outdoor seating options. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect as everything we needed was within a short distance. We will absolutely visit again!

Wasn't thrilled with the bed. It was a bit uncomfortable (too soft) and seemed to have ridge in the middle. I woke up feeling like my back had been beating with a bat. I also wish the TV had more apps installed (YouTubeTV, HBO Max, etc) so that we could watch our nightly shows. Fortunately the TV had Tubi installed and I was thrilled to discover all 5 seasons of Miami Vice!
