Unit was clean, nothing fancy but comfortable. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our unit. There appeared to be two units that were on the ground floor. The island was still cleaning up from the hurricane. There are some pretty good, casual restaurants on the island. Problems with "red tide" kept us out of the water.

Love the view and the peacefulness. The restaurants in the area that had reopened after the hurricane, were very good, with great people. The beach towel and soft blanket in the unit was used everyday, and much appreciated. Initially is was great. But when they didn't return our two calls about the bad reception for the television, we weren't happy.

The view was stunning and the area is super quiet and great for relaxing. We had trouble with the television reception, but I figured it may have been due to the hurricane damage. The unit was exceptionally clean and well equipped. It was a perfect size for just the two of us. There was plenty of outdoor furniture for sitting and relaxing.

We look forward to staying again, hope the recovery goes smoothly from the hurricane and the beachouse didn't fare too badly from it. I didn't work with any people during this visit, did everything online or by text.

Perfect location, clean accomodation, comfortable bed. Would definately return. The reservation team was great.

Booked for a long weekend and it was soo perfect, right on the water with a long dock and we saw Manatees and Dolphins which was so cool. The room and second bed were very comfortable, the place was extremely clean and had everything you needed for the kitchen. This is our new favorite spot and we will definitely be back.

I have really enjoyed years of visits to the Beachouse Lodge. I was excited to see you had an opening next January but was shocked when told the new price point for the month - just about tripled from previous stays. I also missed having Sally available on site to help and to greet the guests - Sally was the previous property manager and will be missed by many of us! Very responsive, patient , helpful and friendly.
