The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The 3-bar stool area is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners. The home accommodates 10 guests in total, with 2 in each room. Located next to the living area, #bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. #Bedroom 2 is the master, and comes with a queen-size bed, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. #Bedroom 3 is located upstairs with a twin bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - An additional full-size murphy bed is provided in the loft for guest use. - A washer/dryer is included. - Parking is available onsite. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. It was a fantastic place to stay with close proximity to Silver dollar City and downtown Branson. Very clean and great facilities including indoor pool and hot tub!

We chose to stay at point royal so our granddaughter could play golf. She plays on her high school golf team. The condo was situated close to the golf club so she could easily go. BAck and forth. The unit was perfect for us and our needs. We hope to come again soon!

Worked for us going to shows and Silver Dollar. Parking can be tight during tourist weekends. Upstairs unit and 2 level. Rails for stairs on one side would be helpful and more secure going up and down with wall on one side and mid wall on the other side.

Beds were old and uncomfortable, had a foam pad on them. Other then that everything was good. My biggest disappointment was lack of communication with questions asked.

We had a terrific time at this property. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do in Branson. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we had a fun movie night. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a Branson get-away.

The house worked perfectly for our group. It would have been helpful to have a map of the Point Royals amenities in the unit to find the pool, playground and river access. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We found this property to be a great fit for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We loved how close it was to the pool (just a short walk), and spent plenty of time relaxing there. We did some cooking and meals on-site and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for providing this great spot in Branson!

This place was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 9 adults. Everything was in working order, beds were comfortable, and pool area was great! A good location for going to see all the attractions in different parts of Branson!

When my friends and I arrived we did not have a code to enter the condo. After an hour or more we finally got the code to enter. Our stay there was an amazing once inside and settled. I would definitely return but I’d make sure to correspond with the owners to make sure I had all the information needed to enter and enjoy every moment.

Good property. Good location, fairly well equipped, comfortable. Was advertised as having a warm cozy fireplace. This the reason we chose this property over others In price range. Very disappointed that it was only a light bulb In fp to make it look like a fire. Would not chose this property again because of this.

The property was very clean and in a great location. It was a great fit for our needs. Only thing not making this a 5 star review is that there could have been a few more kitchen items (pots, pans, oven mitts, pot holders, …). But overall, great place!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo worked out wonderfully for our family to enjoy time together. It was clean and just as advertised. It was probably a 5 to 10 minute walk from the clubhouse swimming pool, although it was so hot while we were there, that we just drove. The location was a short drive to the many Branson attractions. Our favorites included the Sight & Sound Theater, Hughes Brothers Theatre, Moonshine Beach, Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery, Hurts Donuts, Billy Gail's, and Black Oak Grill.

We loved the condo. Plenty of room for all of the family. The owner called before we got to town to let us know it was ready and they had music playing for us. We had no issues while there. The location is within minutes of everything but felt so secluded. We loved it!!
