We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions. First, there is a $30 per pet fee that must be paid up front. All pets must be potty trained, house trained, and owners must clean up any droppings left in the yard. Pets must also be kept in a kennel when unattended and kept off the furniture and beds at all times. Any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done. ** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence.
