The laundry facility and backyard are are shared between both units, so you may see other guests or the owners doing their laundry or using the grill. -The space is professionally detailed and deeply cleaned between each guest. The house keepers are given strict, detailed instructions to be carried out for each and every turnover, so you’ll be at ease knowing your space will be deeply cleaned and ready for you to relax and enjoy. -We are very flexible and allow date changes according to calendar availability, we do our best to accommodate the needs of each and every guest. -Our county (and neighborhood) takes noise seriously. Events/gatherings/parties by rental guests are illegal and heavily fined. The property is monitored for noise. -County quiet hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, with reduced noise from 8:00pm. -You'll have one 55” Smart TV, free Wifi, and no cable.
