About this house rental
Bring the whole family or your golf group to this special place with lots of room for fun and relaxation! Spacious end unit with gorgeous water and golf course views. When not golfing or at the beach, relax on the screened porch and watch the golfers play thru or just take in the peaceful sounds of nature. Comfortably sleeps 8 people with 3 master bedrooms and a private loft bedroom overlooking the family room...each with its own full bath. During Peak Season (mid June - mid August) must check in/out on Sundays and 7 night minimum. Any other dates are three night minimum with no check-in restrictions. The only reserved parking spots for the villas are directly in front of the garage. All other spots are open and do not require a parking pass. of As a courtesy to the neighbors, please limit parking to 2 cars in front of the building. The villa is located at the base of the intracoastal side of the bridge and the beach is just over a mile away. Rated the ‘4th Best Beach in the World’’ by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. You can also choose to play one of the three SeaTrail golf courses or any of the 44 courses within 20 minutes. In addition, there is an on-site dining option in the Sea Trail Convention Center and is within walking distance of a number of local restaurants and shops. Should you want to step out of the tranquil surroundings of Sunset Beach, you are 5 miles from all the famous restaurant offerings in Calabash , Ocean Isle and 15 miles from Myrtle Beach.

We had stayed in this house a few years ago and it listed as renovated this time we booked. It had been renovated and was in great condition. Everything was clean and in working order. Our family of of 12 had a wonderful stay and the kids got to see the huge alligator in the pond outside our porch. I highly recommend this house to family and friends.

We went to do a fishing trip for a couple and days and found this house close to ocean beaches to fish as well as close to charters for fishing as well great location.

Lovely location and very spacious. The check in process was simple and Regina was a great communicator. The views from the living room were gorgeous in the morning when the sun was rising over the ponds. Lots of space for our kids to play outside and we spotted some turtles! Very short drive to the beach and the Activity center was a great addition to the stay. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at this villa. The location was perfect and this villa fit our family and all our needs. Overall a excellent place to stay! I would recommend to anyone!

Our group loves this place. It was spacious clean and located on a golf hole. Each bedroom had its own bath and was perfect for our group of 8! We would go again!

All was good, no problems while there and check in was great. Only thing was ceiling fan in front bedroom missing two blades and not able to use. We go to Seatrail at least five to six times a year, this time was with all of our family and was a great time. Thanks for a painless good time.

Great location situated overlooking #7 hole on Sea Trail Maples course. Spacious floor plan with updated modern decor.Clean comfortable and very well equipped. Location is quiet with plenty of amenities nearby. Hostess Regina was a pleasure to work with just a text away.We are looking forward to a return trip next season.

The property was perfect for 4 guys enjoying several rounds of golf in the area. Very nice setting in a convenient location for golf and dining. Spacious bedrooms and living area. We all enjoyed the stay and are planning a return next year.
