It's easy for our guests. ☞ 2 min walk to the beach ☞ Free Parking ☞ Heated pool ☞ Self check-in We provide essentials (linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the beginning of your stay. We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! This private apartment is perfect for a family of four or just a couple who needs a separate room as a workspace. It features a spacious living room, a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the apartment at any time after the check-in time. The front door is located only a few steps from where you can park your car. The beach is only a 3 minutes walk to the west. Our favorite restaurants on Clearwater Beach are: Palm Pavilion (6 min walk) Clear Sky Café (9 min walk) Pearly’s Beach Eats (12 min walk) If you want to go on a little adventure, you can walk north on the beach, and in about 2 miles you will arrive at the Shell Tree. Go ahead and hang a shell as well. Getting around: If you do not come with a car, you can get around with Jolley Trolley. The bus stop is behind the big hotel (Fairfield Inn) and it leaves every 45 minutes. There are many places on the island where you can rent golf carts and scooters. No strings attached, no additional fees! Arrive, and enter your private space. When you leave, just close the door behind you, we do not have complicated check-out instructions! Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

The unit had everything we needed, and was located steps from the beach. Quick easy access to the beach. ! The property manager was helpful supplying information about the area and very responsive. Pool water is warm and lovely too. Nice ambiance around the pool at night. Safe and secure place to stay too.

Everything was within walking distance! The pool was really nice! I wish the bathroom had hooks for drying towels. I think next time I’ll get those suction cup hooks you can take on and off for drying wet bathing suits and towels. We spent 3 days here and wished we had more time. We will definitely be looking to come back. Live music is in most restaurants both for lunch and dinner. Convenient parking to our unit was really appreciated. We came in Sept after Labor Day. It’s a much better time to come than July like we did last year. Less traffic less people on the beach and easy to get into restaurants. Wish I had seen this VRBO last year. Affordable for what we needed.

Air Conditioner could not keep up with hot weather. Went up to 81 degrees when sunny. Antoni had repair electricians come but the unit still went up over 80 degrees during the day and it took 6-8 hours to get down into the 70's. Antoni did offer us a comp in Bellair but we had friends we were meeting in Clearwater. Everything else was good except for the A/C issue.

Antoni was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Such an easy walk to the beach and we didn’t need our car to go to the shops and restaurants. We arrived early and were able to park on the property well before check in and enjoy the beach and pool. Would stay here again!

Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Needs a little TLC. The dishwasher was out of order, the kitchen chairs were wobbly and it could use a second sofa or a more comfortable chair in the living room.

The property was great for our quick stay at Clearwater Beach. It was very clean and we found it exactly as it was listed. Check in was easy, the door code was sent to us shortly before we were to check in. It was so nice to be able to park our rental car at the unit. The walk to the beautiful beach was a very quick 2 blocks. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants that we visited. Great selection of places to eat. And the host very kindly sent us some nice recommendations. We appreciated the beach chairs that were available for us to use. This was our first trip to Clearwater Beach and we already are planning to come back.

We loved our stay here. It was a 2 minute walk from the beach, it was so affordable, and it was enough space for two couples. We had the best time. We used the pool, loved the free laundry facility, as well as the chairs we could borrow from the shed, and the corn hole. We would totally return again!!!

Beautiful place, the best place at Clearwater Beach to spend with your family.. 1 min a walk to the most beautiful beach. Parking right at your rental. All 1-stories, no one above/below you. Perfect! Walk to the best restaurants in minutes. Five stars. On everything. There is on-site staff available as well. Wonderful!!
