We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! 500 feet to the beach 500 feet to a park and playground 0.2 mile to public tennis courts Laid-back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand-up paddleboarding in its calm waters. Cyclists and rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors. Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

My wife and I had a great weeks stay here on Clearwater Beach. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of spaces. The pool is heated which is nice as it was cool a couple of days during our stay. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laundry is handy and is free. It is just a short walk to the beach and a little further to the main restaurants downtown. We walked downtown a couple of times a day. The only issue was that there was a bar across the alley from our bedroom window. We weren't aware it was there so the first night when we heard voices around midnight it was a little disconcerting. After we determined the source of the voices it was no longer an issue. No loud music, just conversational voices. In general it is very peaceful and quiet around the property. All of the guests that were staying in the other units were very friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with them out at the pool. We would definite stay again if we visit Clearwater Beach.

Close walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and the pier. Nice pool. Quiet area without a lot of traffic. Stocked well with all you need for your stay.

My stay at Monaco vacation rentals was exceptional. Quick access to the beach, great restaurants nearby, beautiful sunset. The staff was very friendly. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Monaco vacation rentals. Thank you!

This property was perfect for me. It looked just as it did in the listing and the property manager Antoni was helpful and accommodating. This property is walking distance to all of the local businesses and the beach. I will definitely book another trip in the future at this location.

Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Size worked for 2 people for a few days. Comfortable bed. Cute outdoor space/pool. Our biggest complaint was black mold seen on bathroom ceiling and under kitchen sink( it was growing on a cutting board) This is a big safety concern.

I was quite comfortable at the VRBO. I was surprised that there was no outlet in the bathroom. It was very clean, but there were minor repairs that would be easily corrected such as peeling paint and a missing towel bar in the bathroom. Nonetheless I felt very safe as a single traveling woman. It was completely serviceable for my stay.

For the price point, everything was expected. So happy we found this place and absolutely loved the pool. A block from the beach, and a few blocks from the Mandalay's stores and everything else!

This place is larger than the pictures appear! It was a very easy walk to the beach. The host was in contact with us often, checking to see if we needed anything. Very clean and great pool area. We will stay here again when we come back to Clearwater! Thank you, Antoni!

Great light!

Great natural light in the room! To be honest I was in a sad spot when I came. The sunlight and greenery were a nice backdrop that boosted my mood. I worked remotely while here but also enjoyed moments to relax. The pool was a wonderful location to relax and I enjoyed the afternoon sun in the bedroom for a midday nap. Full fridge was useful to have food for the week. And the location being a short walk to the beach and some restaurants was a perk. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!
