Located in Kill Devil Hills, this attractive house for R 8,174 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 4 bedroom, 3 bath less than .5 miles from the beach access and centrally located to everything! Launch your vacation from this centrally-located beach box in the heart of OBX! The Wright Place is located just south of Mile Post 9 in Kill Devil Hills on Wrightsville Blvd. If you're a foodie, this is the place for you as the house is walking distance to loads of restaurants to include Mama Kwans (a locals favorite!), Woo Casa, Food Dudes, Kill Devil Grill, JKs, 3 Tequilas, Pigmans BBQ, Daredevil Pizza, Millers, American Pie, Stack Em High Pancakes, Country Deli, and Booty Treats. Fast food options include 5 Guys, Wendy's, and Dominos. A modern brewery, Swells'a Brewing, just opened less than a mile from the house & it perfectly accommodates both adults and kids. Much more shopping is a short drive away, including Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Publix, Walgreens, Target, and tons of specialty beach shops. Like to pack heavy for the beach? There are public beach accesses with parking lots at both Martin and Atlantic Streets (5 minute walk or just a 2 minute drive!). Access to The Nature Conservancy's Nags Head Woods Preserve is just a few streets away and Jockeys Ridge State Park + the Wright Brothers Memorial are just a short car or bike ride away (we highly recommend all three!). Want to interact with some awesome sea turtles? The NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island is just 25 minutes away! There are also numerous water sports rental businesses within a short drive with jet skis, kayaks, boats, and other fun water toys. Is fishing your thing? Both the Nags Head & Oregon Inlet Fishing Centers are just a short trek to the south. The Wright Place has 4 bedrooms (one with a king, two with queens, and one with 2 twins), 3 full baths, covered screened front porch with bistro table and double Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, and a downstairs laundry area. The large driveway has parking for four vehicles and is long enough for just about any boat and trailer. You will enjoy all the comforts of home and then some, including high-speed internet, ample seating in living and dining rooms, central AC/heat, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and the necessary full pot/K-Cup combo coffee maker. To keep our rates low, we do not provide linens but if you cannot bring yours, we will be happy to provide a list of nearby businesses that rent linens and other vacation needs (beach chairs, baby needs, etc.) by the week. You will not miss your favorite TV shows or sporting events while on vacation - The Wright Place has a smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom with the King bed. In the living room there is a 42-inch TV and a 32-inch TV in the bedroom with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and YouTube. WOW: $100 discount for previous guests when you book a full week!!! We have the following extra items for your enjoyment around the cottage and at the beach: 4-burner gas grill with propane provided, 4 bicycles (three 26-inch and one 24-inch), 5 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, body boards, a skim board, and sand toys. *** Dog lovers are welcome!!! Up to two dogs allowed but must be kennel (crate) kept if left home alone, two large kennels provided. The backyard is fenced to give your dog (or your kids!) a safe place to play. *** *** The Wright Place has (exterior only) security cameras. This home is immaculate , modern and has all the amenities you need and more! We LOVED the fenced in back yard and that the dogs never had to be leashed to use the bathroom. Check in was easy, the beds are comfy, and a short walk to the beach. We liked that many restaurants and
stores are close buy.
Lighting in the back yard would be helpful to watch the pups easier at night-we had a flash light with us so not a big deal. Owners were transparent on the listing (my fault, I overlooked ) but there is video surveillance in three different outdoor locations. May not bother some but this made us uncomfortable. Overall the rental is excellent.

My girlfriends and I had never visited the Outer Banks before, so we thought it would be a great place for a milestone birthday getaway. The home was in such a great location! A short walk to the beach, and minutes away from so many options for food and activities.
The home was nice and clean, and had wonderful amenities. We all loved the screened in porch, we sat out there often! The kitchen and baths were well stocked, and all the beach supplies were perfect to cover our needs.
Kelly was a great host and responded quickly with information and to questions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area!

This was my first time to the OBX and I cannot be happier with my experience and the Wright Place far exceeded my expectations.
The property owners were Fantastic to work with. Check in and check out process was very simple.
We were lucky enough to get to meet the hosts in person upon check-in, they were very sweet and welcoming. Any questions that I had, Kelly responded very quickly.
The house was perfectly located within a few blocked of the beach in a very nice neighborhood.
The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of storage space throughout the house. Enough room for all 7 of us and a dog. Bathrooms were very spacious. All the beds comfortable. The bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and washer and dryer were in great condition.
I definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
We are starting to plan our trip for next year and we will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location just a short walk to the beach. Very spacious for our group of 9. Near all the spots and those places to shop for groceries. My only suggestion is for owner to leave an initial roll of toilet paper and paper towels or bring your own. We did not get to the grocery store before we made it to the house and immediately ran out of toilet paper.

Had a great stay with family & friends. It is a short walk to the beach but we opted to drive since we had a lot to carry. Parking is right there at the beach access. Because we rarely all went at once we would just drop off & pick up also. Only 5 min round trip. The house is very well supplied & comfortable. We will rent this one again !

This is a great house for a rental. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. They supply 4 bikes for you to ride. The king bed and 2 twin beds are downstairs and then 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed each. The king mattress was a little too firm for my liking. The blinds to the king bedroom and bathroom can be seen through from the outside at times depending on the lighting so we had to put a towel up over the bathroom blind to avoid a peep show 😂. Well renovated and has everything you need.

Exceeded Expectations
We enjoyed our few days at Sandpyle Tres. It’s well located-only a few minutes from some of the Outer Banks most well known attractions. The house has been nicely renovated and the owners supplied the home with anything you might need or want from a fully stocked kitchen to books, DVDs, toys, baby gates, bikes and even dog bowls and crates. We took full advantage of the screened in front porch and our pups appreciated being able to run around in the fenced in backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Perfect Location
The house was great! The location could not be better. Being just a short walk to the beach, close to the Wright Brothers Memorial, and right in the middle of Kill Devil Hills was extremely convenient. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and gave tremendous recommendations. Will be staying here again!

This house is great! The decor is very tasteful and the house was super clean. The walk to the beach is a breeze (even while carrying a surfboard!). The big kitchen was a huge plus for cooking meals at the house, and the porch is the perfect cozy place to end a day in the sun. On top of all of that, Nikki and Steve were super communicative and helpful! Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the KDH area!
