Nestled in Surfside Beach, this attractive condo for R 1,308 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a fully remodeled spacious studio unit. Located upstairs, this open room features a comfortable queen bed and a futon for additional seating or sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a bathtub and comes stocked with bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap for your convenience. For your dining needs, there is a small kitchenette equipped with a coffee pot and filters (please bring your own favorite coffee grounds), toaster, microwave, mini refrigerator, and dishes. Stay connected with the Roku smart TV and Wi-Fi included in your stay. Outside, you'll find chairs and a small table for your personal use, and a shared outdoor area with picnic tables and charcoal grills for some outdoor fun. Just remember to bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you plan to use the grills. Our location is convenient with restaurants, a convenience store, and a liquor store nearby. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, less than a block from the property! Leave your vehicle in one of our two shared parking lots and spend your day at the beach or purchase a Surfside Beach permit from local stores to drive your vehicle onto the beach.

My fiancé and I stay in Surfside at least once a year. This rental was perfect for us. It was quiet and the location is close to everything we would want in Surfside. This room had good amenities for the price and communication was great. We will stay here again.

Great stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was easy to find and a very short walk to the beach with two beachside restaurants also within a short walk. The room (#11) was clean and relaxing. I enjoyed a long bath after a day at the beach. It was perfect for a couple. There was a small frig and microwave. There was no stove, so we had to eat out, which was not too much of an issue since it was just us. Had we brought our kids with us, it would have been too expensive to eat out every meal. There is a BBQ pit on the property available for use. The property manager/owner was extremely hospitable and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Super clean and updated rental just a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and cold AC. Made our little weekend getaway perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Host was excellent with communications and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

We were able to go to the beach the first night. Then the whole next day. Went back to our room for lunch. Enjoyed the afternoon again on beach. Early the next morning the sunrise was beautiful from the beach. Thank you. Water was perfect.

We had a really great experience. We were within walking distance to the beach and it was perfect for our two night stay. Surfside beach isn’t commercialized and didn’t feel crowded at all. It was a great little get away.

My daughter brought her two dogs so we could celebrate my husbands birthday . Check in was easy , instructions were clear and room was very clean and inviting . Marcus , Thank you for a great experience !

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean room. Everything worked great. We had no complaints. The bed was very comfortable. Easy access to food, fun and the beach. Will definitely be back here again. Great price. We hated leaving. Host kept in contact to make sure everything was good ad to see if we needed anything. Great place for a couple to relax and enjoy time together.

We were not expecting much for the cheap price that we rented this room for. But we were very surprised at how nice everything was. Room was larger than expected, and was updated beautifully. I would recommend this place, and will be coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing fancy but very clean room and property at an affordable price. We don't spend much time in the room when going to the beach other than to sleep and shower so this place was perfect because cleanliness is #1 when we stay somewhere. The location was awesome! You can walk to the beach, go just up the road to access the beach by vehicle, and bars/restaurants are just down the road. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay-was not fancy but sufficient for our needs. 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. 15 minutes from larger city- Lake Jackson. My only complaint was inconsistent internet.

the room was perfect for our last summer vacay. we knew that we’d be on the beach most of the time so a simple, little room worked out great. it was clean and had all the essentials (and for a great price)!

The place had good air conditioning, was very clean & had towels prepared! It definitely sleeps 3 people & is comfortable. About a 3-5 min walk to the beach is perfect! Service & communication with the host was great. I will come here again next time! Definitely recommend if you don’t mind a small comfy place.

We came to visit family at Surfside and knowing that we didn’t want/need anything too extravagant for our weekend get away. This cutie studio was the perfect spot! Maybe a 5 minute walk to the water, centrally located to several bars, restaurants, and shopping. The air conditioner worked great! Everything was fantastic! We will absolutely be back!
