Slept hard on the bed, but woke up with a horrible back ache

They were unable to check me in and I paid in advance, one of the staff members tried coming in my room while sleeping, woke up to cokroaches on the wall and big black and brown bugs in my bed! When staff was confronted he said he was checking because power was out. He never announced himself just slammed open the door until it hit the safety lock, never announced himself and left my door open as far as it could be open with the safety lock! I drove 4 1/2 hours ad ended up not getting any sleep because was awoken at 12 am , by an unexpected staff member!! Was not happy amd now have PTSD at the thought of someone going to break into any room I am sleeping in with the door closed!! Definitely NOT happy at all!!

Disappointing

Good location near highway exit, but needed a sign for the hotel at one of the entrances to its parking area. Breakfast area was nice with good view of garden, but it would be nice to add more to their basic selections, such as instant oatmeal packets, and breakfast rolls instead of plain white bread.

Our room did not have wash cloths, kleenix, and no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps. There were coffee packets, but the little coffee maker did not have a holder for the coffee grounds and its hot water was dirty with coffee grounds.

My stay was okay but would have been better if the facility was updated and without roaches

the breakfast should have been individually rapped instead of pouring milk into a cup we should have had small cartons, or taking bagels from the case without plastic on them

the facility needs updating and I saw a roach which I told the worker at the front desk who just smiled

very uncomfortable and inhumane and disgusting needs to close for remodeling

the 1 house keeper they had was very helpful.

no water no heat very bad smell wet carpet everywhere mean front desk staff no ice had to go buy my own water from store couldn’t flush toilets just all bad

what we paid and what we received were equal, the king sized bed was very comfortable loved it

it was fine just would have liked a working coffee pot in the room

it was filthy and had roaches. they refused to refund because the roaches took longer than 15 minutes to introduce themselves. The first room that placed us in had a broken TV. We asked about it and the guy said he would take care of it. Went to dinner and they placed us in another room. When we went to tell the front desk we were not staying the guy had a bottle of boric acid. He called the manager and they wanted to place us in a third room. No I’m good. we left without a refund.

Very poor

The location is convenient for access to shopping and dining.

The TV remote did not work, I could not change the channel or volume. Water line burst, shower was unavailable in the morning.

The place needs an upgrade of faculties and staff.

We did not stay because the place smelled bad and looked bad as well.

Even when we cancelled, we were charged for a night. I have called repeatedly and I have not been refunded.

It was a total nightmare !😡

it wasn’t clean and they had no heat, lights wasn’t working and it smelled like mold throughout the entire building 😡

like I said it seemed like it had been some water damage through out the whole building no heat we had to be transferred 3 time before we could even get settled 😡

it was quiet

doors were always kept open and no pets allowed

Poor

The room smelled musty. There was mold in the bathroom. There were not enough towels in our room and they couldn't give us any extra. They never came in to our room to clean while we were there. We had to ask for more toilet paper. We were there two days and nights and added a third night for one party and we left at noonish and came back in the evening to our room and our keys didn't work. We waited 20 minutes in the lobby area for someone to show up to assist us in getting back into our room.
