Near selong beach so great for beginners surfing 🏄

Very clean helpful staff beautiful people so helpful when I needed them also has laundry services which works out great all in a great Homestay 🙏🙌❤️✊

Good Location but uncomfortable stay

Comfy bed. Nice table and chairs outside room. Ten minute walk from the beach.

Air conditioning didnt work. This made for a very uncomfortable stay and made sleeping difficult. Bathroom tap would leak unless the water was turned off under the sink. Poor WiFi. Lots of small spaces for lizards and insects to enter the room. After checking in and realising the Air conditioning didn't work, the staff member suggested this was due to the warm outside weather. When returning to inform the staff member that the Air conditioning was not cooling the room at all, he ignored me even after numerous "hello's". The staff member could be seen lying down and watching videos on their phone. The other staff members at the property were pleasant.

· Awesome service and staff are very friendly.. Hotel is chic and very European vibe. The service is outstanding as well. This is a must recommended hotel. They made things easier for us and everything is within the district easy access to all the shopping haven and food

Nice clean base to explore Selong Belanak.

It’s a shortish walk to the beach, the rooms are great.

Same comment as most. I think they try you out in the room that the A/C severely underperforms, then if you say something they change you, no problem. It’s not a pool but who cares.

Posizione ok, walking distance from the beach. Very very small pool, but very nice too. But we booked for a 2 sized bad and had two single beds. Not very clean, we found a big spider inside the room and a huge gecko...

They gave us free breakfast to apologize, very nice of them

Brilliant.

My favourite place that I have stayed since being in Indonesia. Definitely the cleanest for the money with the nicest most helpful staff. Being by myself they made me feel comfortable and where always friendly. The location is great being only a short walk from a beautiful beach and a few restaurants not far away. I was genuinely sad to leave.

Even though the location is right by the beach I did struggle to find other things to do and you’d run out of new places to eat if you are there for a while. Also not a big shop near by. The bathroom didn’t have a proper window, just railings which meant at night bugs would come in. (Still a lovely place to stay though)

The location is pretty awesome. Walking distance to Selong Belanak beach. The welcome of the staff was very nice too. The rooms are good, big and clean.

Lot's of little things: tried to rent two scooters, which is pretty difficult there. When we finally got at least one and were just about to leave, the manager told me he needed the scooter himself for only 10minutes. He came back 1.5h later - we waited the whole time. Also, the water wasn't switched on in the bathroom. Had to ask for toilet, sink and shower for the water to be switched on - three time separately. Also, there wasn't enough water pumped to the roof for the shower - unfortunately you can only realize this while taking a shower - you have to go outside then to ask the staff to pump more water up. We had to do that twice. The checkout felt very rushed. They insisted to grab our room keys and to check our rooms while we were still in the process of getting our luggage out. Overall, we realized there are better accommodations nearby for a better value.

Very good

We loved the quiet location if this accomodation, a five minute walk from Salong Balanak. The owner and staff were super welcoming and helpful with anything we needed and sorted a scooter for us. The room was a good size and bathrooms clean and nice.

Best accommodation in Selong Belanak 😁

We had such a friendly welcome from the staff on arrival, I knew we would be happy here! The accommodations are excellent, comfy, clean with a great double bed. We stayed next to 2 surfers and had great chats in the pool which connects all the rooms. The coffee is local, strong and free flow which I loved. Breakfast was fruit and eggs and set us up for surf lessons. Selong Beach is just a walk away and honestly the best beach on the south coast. No hassles, just amazing beginner waves and stunning sunsets!! We will stay here again happily. Ask for the airport pickup, it saves so much hassle 😉
