Great service, beautiful property, staff are very welcoming. Only item that was a bit off was, waiting a considerable amount of time, for the elevators. Also, the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Kind and courteous staff, always a kind hello with a smile. They really do go the extra mile. There was some confusion with my club access, and even though it did not show when they typed in my room, the staff said it would be their pleasure for us to still enjoy their high tea, and treated us just as well. Access was fixed immediately after i visited reception.

The room we enjoyed for four days was comfortable and immaculate. We dined in two of the restaurants and found both excellent. Through the concierge, we hired a guide for half-day tours of the city, a spice market, and a slum. All were worthwhile. The only drawback to our stay was heavy smog; we didn't do as much walking around outdoors as we would have liked.

One of the Worst 5 Star in Mumbai. Don’t accommodate the guest request at all. Staff was very rude specially the Manager is not professional. Dont waste your money here

The hotel itself is good. Its clean, plenty of open space to hangout, tasty food at the restaurants, lovely view from the pool etc. Staff is polite, patient and helpful. The check in however was slow. We only got 1 room at 2:30pm and even though promised, that the other room would be ready in 30 min and keys delivered to us in our first room, we never received it. Eventually after 90 min past the scheduled check in time, I had to go to the check in counter myself again to get a room. I think it would have been nice if they kept their word and brought the keys to us on time.

The Trident was wonderful. The room was comfortable, if slightly outdated in feel. The bed was very firm, which I loved. The hotel staff was so accommodating. Concierge ordered me a car and driver to take my family around town. Housekeeping brought us extra fruit when my kids got hungry in the middle of the night (we were going to order room service, but the fruit came with the room each night). Housekeeping also left the kids a gift each with a sweet note. We didn’t get a chance to check out the restaurants or the bar (being renovated during our stay) but breakfast was a mix of pastries, cereal, Indian food, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has most things you would need, and the spa services were amazing. There’s also a small children’s play area by the pool to keep little ones occupied. The hotel itself was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again in the future

We booked a club level room. We were meant to have a king bed and a single bed. However this is not what we got. We got 2 single beds. There is now way the room is designed to accommodate 3 like it says

Lovely room; courteous, helpful staff; lavish (and delicious) buffet dinners and breakfasts. The head chef, Eshon, who presides over the several hotel restaurants pllus room service for about 150 rooms, is a warm, welcoming host who, somehow, finds time to pamper each guest individually (ask him for his chicken caesar salad). Among the very adept and helpful waiters in the buffet restaurant, Om stands out as particularly obliging and charming.

I would recommend this property for sure. I am very much satisfied and delighted by the hospitality of this Hotel. I was very much impressed by the kind gesture by Mr Vincent, staff a the reception to arrange a nice birthday cake with excellent service. Further I was delighted by receiving a surprise gift and personalised name embroidered on a towel gifted to me with my name on it. Housekeeping staff Mr Pranav had arranged the said towel, it was an amazing effort and gesture. I was surprised by the excellent room decoration done by Mr Arun, housekeeping floor supervisor. Overall our stay in the hotel was amazing and value for money. Breakfast and ambience was excellent. Thank you so much team Trident Hotel. We are looking forward to visit again soon.

Best Customer Service I have ever experienced. We intended to stay two night for 1 room - 2 adults and ended up staying 7 night for 2 rooms - 4 adults because the customer service was amazing. they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The dinning service was even better than Taj (Gateway of India). We will definitely stay again
