Very loud road noise in the room as well as carbon monoxide fumes from the vehicles on the nearby freeway. This hotel is new & poorly engineered.

Check-in and check out was a breeze. Everything in the room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff was very friendly. Zero issues during our stay and would 100% stay here again the next time we’re stopping in Indy.

Didn't eat or drink at the onsite Hangar 11 bar & grill or the breakfast-oriented Starbucks, but I will next time I'm in the area! Professional yet friendly airport shuttle driver, too.

Clean, nice, new hotel. Shuttle picks you up at the airport. It has a sports bar/resturant that stayed open til 12am. Great place!

Nice hotel, super friendly front desk persons. Big room nice and clean. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Starbucks on site. They ran out of cookie on 2nd day.

Stay was great overall. The only thing I had was the room got really warm. Trying to cool it down to sleep was almost impossible. Turned A/C on and it took two days to cool down a little and still didnt get where I would have preffered. Everything esle was perfect.

Room was nicely accessible. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but ended up with one king and a pull-out couch. We made due - we arrived very late at night and it wasn’t worth trying to change - and it was comfortable enough. For the price, some breakfast included would have been appropriate. Appreciated pleasant and prompt van drivers. Cookies in the lobby were nice!

Dining times were not convenient. Food was subpar. Place was clean & room was decent. asked for non-down pillows and received more down pillows but asked a second time in person at front desk & received correct pillows. No pool not a great place for kids! No roll away beds.

No issues except I had to cope with a non-functioning window shade. Otherwise I was not expecting a vacation villa.

I don't usually leave any comment. But the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She came and look for me when the room was available for an early check-in. The service I received made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would give it a five-star rating.

I try to pick the best hotel for the quality and the price. This Delta hotel was absolutely wonderful! I had a late check in (11:30pm) and was greeted with a smile and print check in. I stayed in a double queen room and was very pleased with the upgraded, modern features it had like the shower and extra large flat screen. The beds were comfortable as well. I also needed a ride to the airport and scheduled to have a pickup at 5:30am. I made it down right at 5:28am and the bus driver was happily waiting on me inside the lobby to make sure all the passengers made this bus trip. He was so kind for so early. I will be staying here again if needed!

Met all of our needs, changed room for us because my wife was on crutches and wheelchair. Huge room and very clean. Loved it.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to check-in at 9:30 at night no one there to help us but as we walked in we saw someone out front smoking. After 10 minutes a man finally came in and he told us he was helping change a guests tire and he wreaked of cigarette smoke. Then while checking us in I was charged again for the room I had already paid for on Expedia. I explained this to him and showed him my credit card app with the 2 charges. He asked the woman next to him I showed her the same thing and she told me it was just a $32.00 charge for incidentals. I told her no it was a $213.00 charge she got short with me. It did go through as a second charge and now I have to go fight with the accounting office. Very disappointing from a Marriott property I will not be back. Awful customer service.
