Hotel was decent. When I arrived there was no one at check in to greet you, after a few minutes someone came out. Dylan was a sweetheart. Our cards didn’t work the second day and we called the front desk and maintenance was suppose to come and they didn’t. Called again and Dylan came to the rescue. When checking out Vivian was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention but Overall it was alright. We were searching for an indoor pool for the kids that why we decided to book this hotel.

It was a nice room but they had dogs staying room across from my room and dogs were very noisy and loud.

We walked in the room and immediately smelled cigarette smoke. The heater was set at 70 but the room temperature was at least 85. The breakfast was good. I told the front desk upon check out about the cigarette smoke and it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Hotel needs some updating.

Always a nice stay. Front desk is friendly. Have stayed here several times, never any issuses. The only negative is i wished the pillows werent so soft, but thats just my opinion. Other then that, Best Western is my go to when i travel to Pa.

I stopped by the front desk at 6:30am to ask for a late check out at noon, since one of our other hockey parents has just gotten one. Our key cards were swiped and I was told we were good to go. Around 11:00am housekeeping came by and I told them we had a noon checkout time. Around 11:25am I took some stuff out to my car and did not checkout. I came back to my room and housekeeping had been in and stripped the beds and bathroom. I just wanted to come back in and watch tv while my son was hanging out with his hockey friends. I couldn't do that with the towels and blankets keeping the door open that housekeeping left there. I talked to the front desk lady and manager and they seemed like this was okay for housekeeping to do. Apparently, they take no accountability for their lack of communication with their staff and think it's perfectly acceptable to go into someone's room when they have not checked out yet. Nothing like feeling pushed out of your room before your checkout time. Be forewarned! Pictures of how I found my room after just taking our bags out to our car before setting down to watch tv for about 30 mins.

Check in was easy. Room was nice. We didn’t get much sleep because there was a dog in the room across the hall that barked allll day and night. Did not stop. This little dog that they let run up and down the hall and barked all night. I’m exhausted and annoyed.

I rented 2 rooms in this hotel specifically, because it had an indoor pool. I was disappointed that the pool closed at 9 PM, which I feel is very early. There were only a couple of towels...not enough for me and 3 kids... and the pool does not go past three foot six inches...

I started my stay with a roach in my room.. The manager switched my room with promises of a discount or points (which I’ve received neither) the second one smelled like cigarettes the entire stay. I had to call down to the front desk to get spray for my room 3 times during my stay because every time they would spray the smell came back and i was there for about a week. My room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay im guessing they only clean during check out so you have to call down for any necessities you run out of. As for breakfast be prepared to eat the same exact thing everyday! Blueberry waffles (they had no regular waffles all week) potatoes eggs and some weird looking sausages but dunkin and wawa are walking distance. Overall the stay was okay the roach through the whole self care trip off for me though.

The water was cold so i was not able to bath my son. It's winter so washing him in cold water and taking him outside was not happening. We went swimming and i had to bring him home to wash the chlorine off of him. As a customer i look forward to a good hot shower & bath on my stays which i did not get.

The bathroom sink did not have hot water. The ports on the lamp did not work to charge your phone and the keys consistently did not work to get in the room. I saw other guests struggling with the same key issue

My biggest complaint is the near non-existent internet service. So glad I did not have to conduct work at this hotel. If I did, i would have been screwed. The AC would not produce cold air. Cool air at best. My last complaint is the level of noise outside my room door. People talking loud and a continuous stream of kids running up and down the hallway. Would not recommend

Reception staff not very friendly, but the breakfast staff was. The area isn't quite up to par, and there was a yapping dog and the smell of marijuana on our hallway, and a fighting couple next door. Started to realize it wasn't great when they took a $50 extra deposit and had signs about not making off with the amenities. Luckily, we got there late in the evening and left very early, so it wasn't too traumatic.

furniture old and beat up. Buffet breakfast: limited and indifferently laid out - missing things like butter one day or coffee stirrers, yogurt not kept cold, and no one around to ask for help or wipe tables. Internet slow and at times unreliable. old door key card readers that sometimes required multiple swipes to open the door. Service staff at desk nice enough but slow to respond. Great location and good parking availability. For the discounted price, adequate for short stay.
