Well, over all not bad, no ice machine working for guest in whole hotel! Breakfast fast fair at best! Staff was same people all weekend when I was there! Price was reasonable!

We were celebrating our 36th anniversary. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, exercise room and breakfast area were very clean. Room was clean and plenty of supplies. Walking distance to Casino, Track and restaurants. Only complaint is ice machines didn't work except on floor 5.

It was very convenient and close to the Parx Excite Casino. I attended a concert at the casino alone and felt very safe at the hotel and traveling to and from the venue. My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My only complaint is that there was no water in the room on Saturday morning, no body wash and no came to the room to find out if we were ok. Customer service is not great.

Overall my stay wss good but you can tell that the hotel is old. The toilet is very low, the exhaust fan was loud and water doesn't get very hot. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Hotel could be great with a few updates to guest rooms.

The entire hotel smells of pot. The Brown sugar and raisins fur oatmeal were rock hard. The luggage carts were miserable to push. No hot water for shower

All this place has is location but at a high price. Needs renovations - peeling ceiling and mildew in bath. TV didn’t work properly. Hall light not working. Did not provide soap. Will stay elsewhere next time we come to the casino.

We were attending a concert at the casino-checking in was very easy. We couldn’t believe how close the casino was-totally within walking distance. Room was very clean and quiet. Good breakfast options at buffet.

When I booked this hotel through Expedia I had called right away regarding accommodations regarding accessibility due to me being on crutches and in a boot from leg surgery. They informed me that they would put a shower chair in my room for me. The day I checked in we had a wedding, so naturally we dropped our over night bags and left until returning late after the wedding. When I went to shower the next morning, I realized there was no chair as promised. I had called the front desk and was informed it was on me because I didn’t remind anyone when I checked in and there were none available. On top of this, there was damage to the ceiling in our bathroom, we had stained towels and the lamp between the beds did not work. The only plus side to this visit was that we were close to the wedding venue. Otherwise I highly recommend finding another hotel because it is not premier as named.

My stay at The Inn at Fox Chase was excellent. Nice room with all the comforts, good breakfast and conveinent to local attractions. My only issue is the people next door were talking real loud and arguing. In addition, I have one suggestion that you add an EV charging station for your guest.

Property is a good value for what you get. Clean newly renovated rooms ,comfy beds and quiet. There is not bar/restaurant available during the week but you can walk over to Applebee's to grab dinner. Breakfast is included- nothing special, but not horrible either. No shuttle service but Ubers are always close by in this area.

Woke up with 11 spider/bug bites on me. Also the pool was closed all week….other than that it Was a very nice stay with great service and wonderful breakfast.

Overnight trip. Front desk staff was quick to get us checked in. Room had a slight cigarette smell, could be from carpet but our room was non smoking. Room was spacious. Wi-Fi was great, I was able to work just fine on my laptop. Bed was kind of hard but husband thought it was fine. Room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker even though we didn't use any appliances. I didn't have time to check out the breakfast, but husband did bring up an omelet, sausage patty, home fries and toast. Overall i would stay again.

Overall i would rate the hotel a 4 out of a 5. I was there for 8 days and every day i had to have my key reprogrammed. The gym i uses twice and both times it was dirty and there was kids playing in it. It is a gym not a playground for children of grade school age.
Breakfast was hot and good.
We only had housekeeping service twice but both times thwy did an excellent job.
The hotel Overall is nice but there are no hangers to hang your clothing in the closet and there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels in between service.

Pool was nice. Common areas and elevators had very uncomfortable as far as temperature. Rooms were not totally clean. Bed was hard. I was given a handicap equiped room I did not request. Staff was not helpful or especially friendly.
