Our check in process was great and the nice lady that helped us get checked in had great customer service! We did get a letter on our door stating they couldn’t offer housekeeping for the day due to unseen circumstances which we totally understand, but then later that morning I see a young girl (employee) with a cleaning cart just standing there on her phone. So that was disappointing to see. The curtains to our room on the 4th floor were ripped and the shower bathtub was dirty and black from the bottom.

Great location and excellent staff. Spacious, clean room. Loved having a microwave and coffee station but the little refrigerator didn’t cool. They offered to fix it promptly.

Overall the stay and cleanliness was very good. They appear to be having staffing issues the week we were there and the room didn’t have housekeeping come through the 2nd day of our three night stay. The front desk helped us with the few things we needed and we had a great and comfortable stay

Always the best service, which is as important to me as the room. As a frequent visitor I appreciate that the rooms and hotel are always clean and quiet. Some rooms are a little tired in that the refrigerator is noisy and the black out curtains do not close all the way. These are not a deal breaker for me.

I just won’t stay in this hotel again. I paid extra for breakfast and got very disappointed. Coffee was generally not available or it was cold. We got down to breakfast area before 9:00 Sunday morning, and there was practically nothing was left. The staff weren’t even trying to get food in the trays as more people came in. The staff were nonchalant and were just responding that they ran out. There was nobody to pick up the empty dishes from the designated area where dirty plates had piled up, even though there was a young lady who was just checking her phone. No more Double Tree stays for us.

Unfortunately they had a main water leak at 11:15 pm and the hallways were flooded. At 3:15 am another wake up call to the alarms going off for 10 min. The staff was amazing - especially Julius. They comped our room and gave us breakfast. Problems always happen but it is how you fix it that makes the true difference. No hard feelings at all and we will be back.

Pretty clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Good location for my needs. Needs a little maintenance. The "breakfast" was $9 per person. Most of the main deishes were gone before close at the very inconvenient time of 09:30. Lower the price or offer more for the guests to eat.

Clean. Friendly staff and customer service. Julius, the gentleman at the front desk, made me feel warm and welcomed from the moment of walking in. All of our accommodations were taken care of and anything else we needed was available on-site. Warm chocolate chip cookie upon arriving was absolutely frickin awesome! I will be staying here again.

The room was clean and well kept. When we first came in, all the windows were all open and it was freezing (~37 degrees). The front desk guy was great and very welcoming. I really appreciated him.

We tried to check in at 3:00 there was no way they would let us get our room early Which I don’t usually have a problem that close to check in time My microwave was broken could not turn the dial The tv keep cutting out and we had a completely open outlet by our bed with absolutely no cover on it This is the second time I have stayed here my first experience was so much better that was one year ago

Customer Service was great. However, wish they had a continental breakfast included in my room. I was told that whatever great deal I got on my room, it did not include complimentary breakfast. I was not willing to pay the $9 for a muffin and some coffee.

We stayed in suite 214. Fruit flies everywhere. WiFi was horrible. Long wait time up front for staff. We checked out a day early for those reasons.

I liked our room and the breakfast which was included. Although for one day, there was no breakfast because the breakfast worker was sick. Really? And we did not have a car and couldn’t go get breakfast anywhere! We stayed on the first floor where there was a huge fan drying a wet wall in the hallway. That is not very sanitary. Things like that need to be fixed pronto!

Nice hotel and staff. Our room was large and clean.The rooms facing the freeway are quite noisy with road noise. The breakfast is continental style, free at most other hotels, is $9.00 at this one.

Clean rooms, friendly check in staff, safe area of town, near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is $9 per person and it's the equivalent of a complimentary breakfast, so definitely think that's taking advantage of people who stay there. If breakfast is going to be $9 a person, higher quality food should definitely be used that is equivalent of getting breakfast at a restaurant.

The mildew odor was atrocious. The sheer curtains were torn. Light bulbs over the sink were mismatched and one was burned out. The tub needed new slip resistant matting. Hard to keep the room at a consistent temperature. The bed had a sheet, a down comforter with no duvet cover, followed by another sheet. We slept horribly ☹️

The first room I got had pee around the toilet and was stink! The toilet paper roll was once wet and dried. When I took it off, it had mold on it! Second room I got, the night stand wasn’t even wiped down. It was sticky and the pull out sofa bed had peanuts in it and red something on the mattress! Awful! The pool had a band aid at the bottom. Gross. When I went to talk to the front desk the guy stood far from the desk and I felt I had to speak loudly to community him.
