The room is worn, walls this, decently clean, breakfast was lacking, bed uncomfortable, service was helpful and easy to check in. Just what I’d expect from a $97 a night hotel. It was fine.

We had a problem with the first room that they put us in. The heating system didn’t work and neither did the TV. They graciously moved us to another room with out any hassle.

Unable to set or turn off alarm clock Resolved problem by unplugging it from power Screw in/Unscrewed light bulb to turn it on and off (probably not plugged into outlet tied to light switch and it had no on/off switch on lamp. Bathtub soap holder was removed from bathtub title wall leaving a 6 by 6 hole showing sheetrock, electrical outlet in kitchenette did not work and was unable to reset the GFCI breaker Breakfast consisted of coffee hot water, instant cereal and a few more bagged items. Unable to summon a desk clerk when checking out

The staff was very nice although day perso had her child there that kept interrupting. Room was clean and neat. Furnishing we’re good bed was comfortable. But when I checked in at 3 PM the battery in the smoke detector was dead . It kept giving off this really loud beeping every 5 minutes. I called the front desk was told I can come do it now or you can wait for the maintenance man to do it on Monday. Told her to come do it. Finally after several calls to the front desk someone showed up at about 8 PM. Then said we do not have batteries for these. She removed the alarm altogether. I missed visiting hours at the hospital. But at least I will get to sleep tonight.

Facility appeared understaffed and rooms were not ready at check in time. Full garbage bags were stacked in some of the walkways and parking lot. Longterm tenants had "settled in." Suggest one of the 3 buildings be dedicated to short term travelers. Room was average for the price. Cooking utensils, pots/pans/plates etc. had to be ordered at the front desk. Assume this is due to theft. Checkout clerk was cheery and helpful.

As good as you get for the price.

I know its not the responsibilities of the hotel to pick up after the dogs. That its the dog owners themselves. I was just making an observation if that.

Microwave was dead. One light was burned out in the room. Breakfast was ... oatmeal and muffin: not what we are used to. Good location. Pet friendly appreciated. TV guide had no data re schedule. No coffee maker.

Arrived and was transferred to tri other sister properties as the original gas water damage. The room were not clean or stocked and the grounds were dirty with past guest trash everywhere! Won’t stay here ever again

When i arrived to check in they told me they had water damage and didn’t have a room for me so they had to get me a room at a different hotel, I feel like they should have called me to let me know before I drove there

The rooms are clean but very dated. The kitchen counter was cracked and had stains. The only trash can in the whole room was in the kitchen. None in the main area or the bathroom. The complimentary toiletries were bargain basement garbage.

The hotel was good for a place to sleep. Really wish they had USB charging ports, I couldn’t charge my phone as I don’t have wall adapters.

It's a calm and good place to rest and have some convenience like little kitchen, private bathroom, bad, and perfect space having low budget.

We couldn’t even check in because Wi-Fi was down? Said there was no way to tell what rooms were occupied? How is this even possible? Had to sleep in my truck in parking lot. I don’t see how they didn’t have this info on a non internet computer. Never will even try this place again.

Staff was slow to respond and not available at times.

Sarah at the front desk was great! I made an error while booking and she cleared it up for me.
The outside of the facility could use a little updating. And there are those cigarette tower things all over in the parking lot which makes the place seem worse than it actually is.

Hotel is safe, clean, quiet (which is so unusual) and well maintained. Staff especially Johnny and Nova are phenomenal! There is a level of care that shows throughout the property!

Check-in was incredibly slow. Person was pleasant, but it was a long wait while she talked on the phone explaining the property to someone, then moved very slowly.
Adjust your expectations. If you expect to actually *use* the kitchen you paid for, bring pots and pans, dish soap, flatware, dishes and glasses and anything else you need to cook.
We prepaid for a room with a sofa, which was mysteriously unavailable when we arrived. The room was miniscule (part of why we paid for the sofa room) and dingy. Colors ranged from olive drab through baby poop brown. Very depressing, as was the stain on the carpet that looked like a bloodstain.
The bathroom door had had it's mustard yellow paint fixed many times in a darker shades- just slapped on here and there - all flat paint. There was a half-done hole repair, as well.
The only way to turn the main lamp on was to fiddle around behind the large, too heavy to move TV console to plug it in. It wasn't easy, and then the lamp was one of round fluorescent ones, so no light to speak of. And then reverse the process to turn it off.
The curtains didn't close properly. This is a garden-style facility, with people walking by your window all the time and they could see right in. Kind of defeats the private space idea. Thin walls didn't help, either.
The reclining chair was so close to the bed that there was no nightstand. The only way to set up a cpap was to block the air conditioner with the chair. Inadequate outlets, too.

The parking lot, landscaping and surrounding were very well kept and clean.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come up front to check in. Room reeked of cigarette smoke.

I’ve stayed at many extended stays in my past. They were fully stocked with all of the kitchen needs, this particular unit was run down, had dirty carpets, zero amenities inside for cooking or cleaning. It smelled terrible, my daughter even asked to check under the mattress to ensure no bugs. The AC wouldn’t shut off unless you removed the face plate from the wall, the ceiling was “popcorn” who doesn’t love asbestos?! Insert eye roll. It was gross. What appeared to be long term residents were creepy and made us feel very uncomfortable. This hotel can easily up their prices if they upgrade the rooms to this current decade.

The smell of the ac is old. The room is old.

It's an OK property that needs to improve the room quality. But the surrounding of the hotel is nice, and the staff are also helpful.

Was close to the park where we played our softball tournament, and also close to the Costco.

It was a family trip, my husband, myself and my daughter. The staff were friendly but I had to wait to check in and later to get kitchen supplies. The reception had only one staff.
When I got to the room I realized that she only gave me supplies for 2 people. When I checked in I asked about the bedding for the pull out. She said she would drop it off. That evening, we called to the room to come pick it up.
In the room, We had ants. After I plugged in phone, I tried to call several times and no one answered. As we looked for the phone plug in we saw cups under the bed.

The room smelled terrible, smoke smoke smoke. Hair on the toilet top. I got lost at night because i have new phone but I didn’t have internet on the new phone, so i was using my old phone for gps. But because I couldn’t open my app on the new one I didn’t get the right address. Whit four properties around there I stopped on the three first and they were not my hotel, so I asked help to the front desk on the last one, the lady was really nice, she called to the another properties to look for my reservation and they say I don’t have any there. Trying to figure it out the lady called again and the lady at the front desk said she doesn’t remember my name but she didn’t look on the computer because she was busy but she will call us back in 10 minutes. She never called us back, but finally i got wifi on my phone and i found it! And it was the same location where the lady at front desk didn’t have the time to look for it. Finally i got on my room and i just wanted to relax and sleep and I couldn’t because under my bottom sheet there was something, when i open it there was pop corn. Finally next day i went to get breakfast and when I asked the front desk guy where is the breakfast room he said it is behind you. It was a small table with coffee, hot water, oats, cupcakes and granola bar, that’s all. My money went to the trash.
