Staff was nice but wanted to put us in an upstairs room. She did change it the a downstairs room. The room was dirty with dead bugs, too small for my scooter to fit in. Had dogs behind and beside us that barked all night long. People next door were extremely noisy. I didn’t feel safe there.

It says on the website breakfast included all they had is cereal 😞 & waffles if this is a continental breakfast it wasn't worth it for the price that I paid 😞

Great budget place for simple needs. Internet good. Bed comfy. Few amenities but not needed this trip. Noisy spot is the main negative due to location. Continental breakfast is coffee, cereal, waffle, milk, juice. OK. Close to food places and Walmart.

Walking in smelled like I was walking into a hospital. The bathtub drain was clogged with something nasty didn't even want to shower. It was not a quiet area and too many people were screaming and yelling at each other all hours of the night.

On Thursday 02/15/2024 not only once but twice I had housekeeping just open my door and walk in then about an hour later I had left to go get food my daughter who is 14 was in the shower and maintenance walked in my room and was forcefully trying to open the bathroom door my daughter had called me to inform me of what was happening and while I the phone with her I heard her say repeatedly no get out you have no business in here when I got back to the hotel I went to the office to report it and all I was told was oh it was an accident because we have inspectors on the property I felt disrespected and unheard it was an unsafe and uncomfortable situation for my daughter to be put in I tried speaking with upper management but was told that they were not available at the moment issues was never resolved we never received an apology or anything

The one - time usage of plastic for the breakfast is really unecofriendly. Other than that, it was a great stay. There were plenty of eateries nearbly.

Close to the freeway and guests on the second floor were up constantly all night, and I never really got to sleep. I reserved a Queen bed, but they gave it to someone else and I got the last room with double beds, it was awful

As a no frills property, I will stay here every time. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s inexpensive and comfortable. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place, but the rooms are clean, come with a mini fridge and a microwave and the beds don’t have filthy divers on them, but a top sheet that is washable so, no fear of that sitting or sleeping on a never washed bedspread!

This motel is not as nice as it appears in the advertisement. It is in a sketchy part of town, and it is quite run down. The deadbolt on the door didn't close all the way, and I would have felt unsafe if my dog weren't in the room with me. The bright spot was a Starbucks right across the street.

Easy to get on highway 99. The room was nice size and every thing in the room was working and cleaned. Walkable distance to A few fast food restaurants, Walmart and Lowe. Good price to stay, breakfast is plain no protein, cereal, waffles, milk, coffee, orange juice but hey, Denny’s right there.

I didn’t ask for a handicapped room but was given one. This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The heater didn’t work and it was cold. The shutters didn’t provide privacy and since it was right next to the office people would peer in. It was creepy

Got one room it had a cockroaches all over the sink and bathroom. Was moved to abother room that did not have roaches. Overall never staying here again.

Most of the rooms at this property are terrible. The smell awful and are dirty. It is very rare that staff will give you one of the nicer rooms up front.

What i absolutely like about this one is this hotel has the best Employees ive came across in all of Bakersfield im not over exaggerating or anything so if u want a good place to stay go to this one, the rooms are nice as well all around just good.

My non-smoking room had an ashtray and smelled of marijuana. I called the front desk and they assured me it was a non-smoking room. I felt unsafe and I was concerned that my car might be broken into during the night. The TV did not function correctly. Shower valve had cold and hot on the wrong sides, indicating that their maintenance people don't care. Loud noises at 4:30 in the morning sounded like a fight outside. Breakfast was minimal. Don't stay here.

The room is a basic room; clean, comfortable bed, great TV --- BUT -- there is not a radio, alarm clock, coffee maker, clothes hangers, tissues, hair dryer or other sinmilar items that you usually find in a hotel room. The "Free Breakfast" starts early and ends early and if you get there late most of the waffle batter, coffee and cereal is gone, plus no body cleans up - the breakfast room was a dirty mess.
