Lady called Anisa at check in reception tried to upsell me to a club room. When I rejected this offer, she said she was going to upgrade me to another room, but clearly when we arrived at the room we had not been upgraded. The room was next to the maintenance room And also had a connecting room. With the connecting door, it was very easy to hear everything that was going on next door and we had a noisy family in there that woke up at 4 am in the morning . As a married couple, we should not be placed next to a connecting room. There was no soap in the shower and finally the hotel has several very small cages with wild birds in them. This is not ethical. In the past month we have stayed at 7 hotels and the Park Royal was the most expensive and the worst.

Not enough info about restaurants, not enough veg options. Miscommunication within staff. Was told about an easter hunt being at 1pm on 29 march and when i went to enquire was told they didn’t know about it. Next day was given leaflets about easter egg hunt starting at 10.15am so kids woke up early for it and started their collecting their eggs but then they were all taken away from the kids and told it starts at 1pm. Kids were super upset. Lack of communication and information.

The service is excellent! accidentally put Do Not Disturb on my way out, nothing much to worry about as a solo traveller. However I went out in the evening and came back to a fully serviced room! My one concern is that I couldn’t find an electric plug in the bathroom which is not particularly helpful .

From check in to check out, this was an amazing stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the attention to detail is amazing. I stayed in an Urban deluxe room and had an amazing view of the Esplanade. Nice large room, large bed and all the amenities you would expect. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again, next time I am in Singapore!

A brilliant stay at park royal. The property isn’t in a particularly walkable area for marina bay or transport. There are several malls nearby to walk through with one being directly attached. The rooms were great and would stay again.

As a frequent business traveller in Asia, North America and Europe, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed! From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect and the staffs delivered all services with a smile! In particular, I really appreciate Bryen who took the initiative to suggest an upgrade to a club room! Please keep up the good services! The view from the swimming pool was spectacular as well as the view from my room! Parkroyal collection Marina bay - I’ll be back!!

I really liked everything about this property. The interior design is stunning, the indoor garden, the birds chirping, the view as you ride the lift. The room was large and had all of the amenities one would need. The view of the Marina Bay was delightful, hence why I chose that particular room. I wasn’t disappointed. The staff at check in/out were so lovely, friendly and held the upmost professionalism.

When we came back to the hotel around 3pm, our romm was cleaned. And after that, we left the hotel and came back again, then, our room was cleaned again!!! They cleaned our room twice a day!

The view of room was wonderful and service of staff was great however, there was a small stain in the bedclothes that has not been cleaned and not refilled teas at the second day.

I was a little disappointed at check-in due to the hotel not having a twin room available as requested and insisting that I upgrade in order to receive this request. We decided to upgrade and following this all interactions were great with staff. In particular the house keeping staff were amazing, the beds are a little too hard for my liking and after discussing this with them they arranged for soft coverings to be placed on the bed and new pillows, we slept well for the remainder of our stay.

We really spend great time in Park royal. Hospitality was perfect! And what surprised us is that stuff was able to speak Japanese fluently! We would like to stay again when we visit Singapore next time.

Clean and stylish hotel with professional and friendly staff. I don't have complaints. I had a chance to use their breakfast buffet and in-room dining as well. Breakfast buffet was 38 dollars (+service fee), and the variety of food was actually surprisingly great (although they could definitely use more espresso machine). In-room dining was very convenient, and the food comes relatively fast (food was quite good too). The hotel is located very close to popular restaurants, subway station and scenic bridge. So, overall it was a good experience.

Great hotel with amazing staff in a great location. Great shopping in the area and heaps of dining options both in the hotel and close by. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. It was way too hard to be comfortable.

I stayed a few years ago when it was the Marina Mandarin. The ParkRoyal is big upgrade to this wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. I look forward to staying in the future.

Our stay at ParkRoyal Collection was excellent. The hotel was next to a big mall and connected to other hotels and Suntec Convention Centre. The staff there were amazingly helpful and courteous. Very accommodating to all our reasonable requests like room facing and high floors. The room was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this hotel chain to anyone.

This property was beautiful and inviting. The lobby felt like a tropical escape. Their amazing staff made us feel special; they were very intentional about helping us commemorate our anniversary. ParkRoyal was central, you could easily walk to local activities, and it had a great view of the bay and the Marina Bay Sands hotel. A wonderful stay!
