Arrived late and checked it past midnight, and what a pleasant surprised to find out that have been upgraded. Basically stayed here for all business trips to Singapore, have everything I need, good location, comfortable room and a fantastic breakfast.

Overall good. There was only 1 chair that came with the coffee table. So when we got some snacks we had to either eat on the bed or sit on the floor. The light switches were a little confusing as the labelling was not clear. Took a while to figure out

I've stayed a Pullman hotels in Bangkok and Phuket, i would say my stay at Pullman Singapore didn't quite live up to my expectations. Not that anything was bad, although the breakfast were much better with more variety in Thailand.

For a hotel with five stars, the breakfast was below average. In order to interact with guests, the chefs working the morning buffet line lack manners and decency. That has to change. The bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet bowl, is always wet when I take a shower.

Nicely renovated hotel with a popular bar/ lounge. Breakfast was sufficient but could be better. I really liked the long breakfast hours 630-1100am. The pool was lovely. We stayed for four nights and not once did room service replenish the toiletries or tea bags / coffee pods, also I lost something which I kept in the bathrobe pockets as the staff replaced it with a new bathrobe without checking pocket content first.

Domt like the location of gym room and swim pool. When you go to gym room or swim pool you have you walk through the bar at 4th floor. it's really make me feel uncomfortable after using those facilities and then walk through bar and then back to lift lobby.

A portion of the hotel is under construction. But, it didn't bother me nor did it cause any disturbance during my stay. Stayed for 4 days. My room was recently renovated. Great location. Breakfast was good too.

No free parking :-( The hotel front desk staff was courteous and fantastic. She wished me happy birthday although it was a day ago. When we returned to the room the 1st day, there was a chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on it. So thoughtful. Breakfast was ala carte. So so. Coffee is diluted. :-( Breakfast staff was attentive.

Great stay for our wedding anniversary and wife's birthday. Grand Park Orchard staffs were superb. Kim, Azli, Ryan, Lovely and the rest were great. I will definitely recommend all to stay here for your staycation as it is in the heart of Orchard and all within walking distance. Also a cool pool.

Reception staff is very attentive and introduce us the new handphone app for our room. Room is very well ventilated with the ceiling fan. Will have another stay at your hotel! Thanks for making our Anniversary a happy and memorable one! Thumbs up!

Excellent customer service. At first we are a bit unsatisfied at the condition of our room since it is quite old with obvious wear and tear, but the manager and his team are very helpful in response to our needs. Absolutely great experience. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Singapore and one of the reasons was my choice of Grand park orhard for accomodation. Location of the hotel is excellent. Staffs from the Concierge, Room service, Restaurant serving breakfast and Front desk are all very efficient and have done an excellent job. I would also say that these maybe because of excellent management

The hotel is centrally located but still very quiet. It doesnt feel like you are on orchard road when you step into the hotel. It is very quiet! Staff is very nice and helpful, especially Vincent was always willing to provide suggestions. Breakfast was decent and nothing was missed.

Room was not ready even I arrived at 4:30 pm. The room maintenance is getting worse, side enlarge mirror is almost broken. Lots of dirt left on the carpet. I am quite disappointed

I like this guy faizal from the restaurant, super friendly and helpful, and the hotel gave us a nice babymoon cake too, so it's very pleasant.

Takashimaya and Paragon directly opposite. So convenient for shopping and dropping things off. Nice clean room. Hotel even gave us a free upgrade. Will defiantly stay again when we visit Singapore 🇸🇬 again next time.
