No soap bars in the handicap room or extra toilet paper. Highly disappointed. Not the first time to stay here, but this visit was disappointing.

This was a last minute choice. Homeless people living outside at end of hotel, room had no bedside lamps, one awful light above tv, one above sink and one in bath. Patch hole in wall. Difficult to see entrance to hotel. Looked like a 12 year old at front desk.

Had to change rooms. The first one was dirty and had no security lock on the door. The second room was cleaner, but still needed some extra care. After walking on the floor barefooted my feet were black. There was no coffee pot in room, and the refrigerator didn’t work properly.

We found a big roach in our room, and smaller ones in the bathroom. Coffee machine, tv stand, mirror and bed headboard where very dusty I had to disenfect and dust everything but other then that, it was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room good size beds comfortable with clean sheets and blankets, the Ac was great under 113° weather as well as the pool being accessible from earlie morning untill 9pm!

It is a decent little motel. The pool is taken very good care of and it is perfect temp! my room was not as clean as a paying customer would expect — I had to clean months of dust off of the bathroom fan, doors and baseboards — Housekeeping friendly and accommodating. Front desk are friendly and do not seem bothered by you as many small motel owners seem to be. In my opinion best choice in the area over other comparable motels.

The Sunset Inn was above our expectations. Huge comfortable king size bed . An immaculate bathroom , full-size fridge, microwave and more . A great place to stay warm friendly staff and free on-site parking . We will definitely come back and stay again.

The room was dirty ,the door was not secure , the people who ran the hotel were rude and the place was full of drug addicts. We did not stay . A refund is expected.

The room needs major updating. The carpet was dirty, the bedding needs to be changed and the drawers to the cabinet was broken; can’t even shut close. The only positive is that check in was easy and staff was friendly.

The room's floor needed shampooing, one towel and the shower curtain were stained, the sink needed caulking, and the refrigerator had rust spots on it. Some cleaning and upgrading is needed to improve this motel.

We paid extra for a king bed and when we got to our room it was a queen. We called the front desk and she said it was a queen. We then went down to the desk and explained we had paid for a king so she gave us a new room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I found a huge spider in the bathroom the first night that we were there I saw that there were no hangers in the closet when we were there and the parking was horrible

Check in— man was not friendly at all. Room- there were 2 large dead bugs A/C didn’t work properly. Would start then shut off within a minute. (Temperature was in 90’s) When we arrived about 1:30 am I asked for a late checkout was given til 12:30pm, I was called at 11:03 to remind me to checkout by 11:00. Then reminded him of late checkout. 4 minutes later very stern rude maid arrived at door telling me to checkout, At 4am a man sat outside room in a Diesel truck and let idle almost a hour with headlights shining into the room . I can continue but this is far enough.

No lamps in the whole room. Had to keep the bags up so the cockroaches didn't get in. Yucky poo!

Not clean, staff entered room to fix broken lamp WITHOUT permission from me and do not disturb sign was hanging outside door. Coke and ice machines broken. Homeless people hanging out in parking lot. Will NOT stay again

Room was not clean. Hair in bedding (slept fully clothed on top, luckily had my own pillow), hair in shower, bathroom floor, etc. Very sketchy things going down on the premises. Lots of people coming and going all night. Will not stay here again.
