I left my charger in the room and behind the night stand. I went back to grab it and front desk clerk check in the room and around the front desk and said it’s not there. I told him I know where I left it. He told me to the room to let me look for my self it was gone. I asked him if house keeping had it he said if they did it would be turned in at the front desk and it’s not. I KNOW I LEFT IT BUT IT WASNT TURNED IN BY HOUSEKEEPING SO THEY FOUND IT AND KEPT IT. Sucks coz they are expensive and not I have to purchase a new charger

It was good got there late so there was no parking. We park in the grocery store parking lot across the street. He didn’t have us set up to check in so we had to wait about 5 minutes well he set up our booking.

Limited underground parking, plenty on the street and quite safe.
Loved the greek restaurant inside the property. We had two suppers there... great food, great staff.

The desk attendants were pleasant. The lobby and breakfast area were fine. But the room itself was very poor - dirty, smoky (cigarette smoke), very warm & stuffy (no ventilation or AC except sliding window with a small fan that we balanced on the windowsill. The stairwells were

This place is a tear down in a crappy end of town. I would not stay again. The staff is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and great. The rooms still have single panes, there is no air conditioning, and the smell was the absolute worst. Pro - there is a continental breakfast. Unfortunately for these lovely staff, the place itself is disgusting.

Quite old and needs some TLC. Room clean and ok for very short stay.
Staff very cooperative and friendly.
Value for money ok.

I will start with the good. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and did a great job. The room was clean and breakfast was available early so there was enough time to catch the ferry. The location to the ferry was great, a 4 minute drive. Underground parking was convenient.
The negative. Hotel patrons smoking and drinking at the entrance to the parking lot wasn't very welcoming. The hallways of the hotel smelled like pot. The shower in our room didn't work. There's no air-conditioning at this hotel which is fine since the windows open, but there's no screens in the window's allowing bugs to get in.
A couple things beyond the hotels control. There's lots of homelessness around the area but we didn't encounter any problems. Also the water has a yellow colour.
There's pro's and cons to any place but overall our stay was fine.

Good property. A bit older / dated. Great staff. No complaints.

The staff were all very nice, very accomodating eager to please. Breakfast was included, and I don't really eat a lot for breakfast, so in my opinion there was a perfect amount of selections.

We're pleased with the underground parking and short drive to the ferry terminal.

Only stayed one night before the Ferry to Port Hardy. Hotel was clean and convenient. Air conditioning would have been nice as the westher was hot and sunny.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Always cleaning. I stayed a week and the weather was beautiful (hot) Sadly, I had no air conditioning in my room. I had a sliding glass door that could only be opened an inch which didnt let in much of the rupert fresh air. Other than that...Ive stayed at the pacific in many times and its perfect. Thank you

Room was clean. Shower was hard to use as it couldn’t maintain a temperature and would suddenly get so hot you couldn’t stay in the water without it burning you. Staff was friendly restaurant was great food also smelt like cigarettes in the hallways

The parking situation was not great. It was a Tuesday night and it was super loud outside on the street with people in the middle of the night. Then someone pounding on a door beside us at 230 in the morning. Didnt have a good sleep.

I’m a motorcyclist and this hotel has underground parking and a nearby seating area where you can remove your riding gear without having to tromp all over the hotel.

They're hospitable and nice, in a convenient location.

Incorrect booking. Staff smoking beside lobby made underground parking and entry smell of smoke. Room was poorly cleaned and had no toilet paper. Breakfast was included but was basically toast, jam and coffee. Overall, it didn’t seem like good value for the price. Not likely to go there again.

Cleaning product availability should be available any time to guests when maids are off duty, I’d have liked to give the room a vacuum when a mess is made.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Decent, but way overpriced for what it is. Rooms are clean, but dated and average amenities - felt like a 2 star / budget hotel. Staff was super friendly, underground parking a plus. Weird that you it is locked past 11pm and don’t have a key that works to get back in…you need to rely on staff at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty lame and forced you to use disposable cutlery, plates, etc., coffee not great. Traffic was loud, the single pane windows have limited sound proofing. I think I’d try somewhere else next time!

The hotel could use updating but is overall clean
The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
I do stay there whenever I visit Prince Rupert.

Check in staff were very nice and welcoming. We travel with a wheelchair person, the room was okay for access. Quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a "comfort height toilet" a plus for us. though no grab bars. Parking at the hotel is limited and not tall vehicle friendly, however free parking is permitted at the Grocery store nearby.

Outstanding staff. Pretty okay free breakfast. Dogs each at $20 nightly. Good places to walk dogs. My only wish is for blue bins for recycling.

What we didn't like was that there was no elevator.

This is an old hotel. The beds in our room were horrible. The water taps in our bathroom we’re terrible. I was almost scalded on several occasions. Just when I thought I had the temperature at a happy medium, it randomly shot up to scalding temp. We were told we could park under the hotel. We were told the height limit. Our truck is not as tall as the limit. We almost had broken glass from trying to go under. Fortunately I was going very slow when it hit the limit marker and we decided to back out and park across the street at the grocery store.
