It was one night, we got the Jacuzzi in the room. I liked the fact that it ground floor - no stairs. Nice little breakfast in the office area. No real problems.

The property is in such need of repair that I feel what we paid was far more than the room was worth compared to other places we have stayed. The carpet had holes the bed spread did as well. There were what appeared to be transient people cooking in the middle of the property

Picked this place because we needed a place for a few days until our new house was ready. The website lists laundry facilities and complimentary breakfast, it no longer has laundry and the breakfast options were poor. Neither the fridge or microwave worked and twice our room keys were deactivated before our check out day

2nd time to stay at this hotel. Both times I had trouble with getting the keys to work to unlock the door to the rooms. After reading several other reviews, apparently I’m not the only one. And yet, the problem has not been resolved.

The rooms were nicer without the nasty carpets however the bathroom still needed upgraded. The beds were better than before and the new window blinds are better.

the only good thing was the bed was very comfortable. i had to change rooms the first day because my card key would not open my room . then the second night i thought the person in the room next door was going to be murdered when someone was pounding on the door and screaming for about 30 minutes. the microwave didnt work either.

The standard roach motel, when we checked in there was literally roaches crawling in our bed. We ended up checking out and going to a different place. Tried telling management and they were no help. I'll be asking for a refund through hotels.com as soon as I get back home.

After staying for a week, I extended my stay by one day. They insisted on ANOTHER $50 deposit. I refused and canceled the reservation at the property one hour after the allowed check-in time. They reported me as a "no show" and kept the $70 for the night anyway. FYI, this property is NOT worth $70! If I hadn't been in a bind, I never would've paid over $40.

This is definitely lubbocks best value. Rooms were big staff was friendly and helpful. Its just an older property. It looks like they are trying to update things

This is not what it once was. The mattress was comfy but the sheets had something funky on them. So didn’t sleep with covers at all. Bathtub looked dirty could’ve been stained. Cable was awesome, that’s all. Used to be great. No more.

This is a basic motel with aging infrastructure. Most importantly the room was clean and bed comfortable. We didn’t see questionable clientele such as in Red Roof nearby, so okay for families. Value for the price is average to low. Aged conditions throughout, limited and poorly replenished breakfast.

Honestly the only problem we had was are key card every time we left the room for more then a few hours it stoped working and would have to get a new card and the ac would turn on and off it was pretty annoying because we stayed for 3 nights….

We checked in approximately 10 pm on 7/29/2023. The front doors were locked & we waited a couple of minutes. The young girl had taken a restroom break. We received room #178. When we went to the room, the room was extremely hot. Texas has been having 100+ degree weather. It would have taken well over an hour for the room to get cool. I walked into the bathroom and there was a roach on the floor! We immediately went back to the front desk clerk. She said all rooms do not have the AC on because it was their slow season. She apologized for the roach. Needless to say, we did not stay & had to go find another place for the night. We drove from Littleton, CO and were very tired.

Property looks clean but was disappointed that trash was not emptied and the was strong with smoke, the room is supposed to be a non smoking room. Always have easy parking and I feel safe.

I will never stay at this motel again. I stayed for two days and my room was never cleaned and made up. The desk service was outstanding, but the facilities were poor. I stayed for two days and my room was not made up after the first day.

The overall stay and room weren't terrible but weren't exceptional either. However, on the day of our originally scheduled check out, I made arrangements at the front desk to stay another night and make the payment by noon. I also informed housekeeping. And called the front desk to inform them I was on my way to make the payment. I deliberately went through extra steps to avoid what happened next. When I arrived at the hotel at noon to make my payment, the manager was yelling at my twelve year old daughter, who was tears telling him that I was the one to speak with, to vacate. He then turned his unprofessional and unnecessary aggression on me, yelling at me and not giving any of us a chance to explain that arrangements were made. He refused to even let anyone else speak. I've never been treated so poorly in my life.

Great, affordable inn for the nights travel. Probably not the softest mattress I’ve slept on, but a clean bed and that’s most important. Really a clean room overall. Fridge, microwave and good water pressure for the shower is a couple points as well.

Room was ok. Bathroom was filthy. Sink had a pile of dirt in it. Shower hadnt been cleaned. You couldnt hear the sound on the tv. The few other guests were outside worki ng on their cars till late at night. Very noisy.
