Old but comfortable and somewhat updated. Very comfortable bed and clean (it did need to be repainted). Very spacious for the price. My room was a 1 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen! It had everything that you could need to be comfortable. Large pool. Walkable.

Nice little motel, close enough to walk to the dining and shopping spots, far enough away to stay quiet. Room was clean and well supplied. On site staff, Robert, was friendly and helpful. Beach, across the street, is beautiful and easy to get to. Parked right out front. We were there during the "off" season in January. Pool was warm!

Very old, room and property in bad shape. Door locks and windows did not work. Walls peeling paint. Not worth $190.

The hotel office manager was lovely and very helpful. The roon was quiet and clean. My only complaint would be with the shower. Didnt work well.

The walls need to be cleaned. Something is dripping down the walls near the bathroom. Housekeeping came in without knocking 50 minutes before check out. Towels look like they’re from someone’s dorm room. If you want something cheap on Clearwater then it’s not a horrible choice. Spacious rooms and the pool is right there. Be prepared to hear kids out at the pool through your room.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was affordable and the room was what we needed. If your looking for a cheap stay for a weekend this is the place to stay! It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street and they provided beach towels as well as other beach accessories you could use (chairs, sands toys, and mats). The staff was kind and friendly. Bonus: free parking, which is hard to find in Clearwater! Would definitely stay again.

We love staying here. This was our 8th stay at Royal North Beach. The only thing I could say is that my room for this stay could definitely use some updating. It needs some paint and some basic repair.

Everything was great! Only minor issue is that the AC just blows so it was pretty chilly while we slept and just ok temperature during the day. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

This is the second time staying here. We like to stay in North Beach because it is not as busy. Short walk to the beach and they even provided chairs. Robert was very nice and very helpful. The room we stayed in needed a little work on the walls but it was clean.

Liked close tocthe Beach Didn't Liked Staffed asked for more money for other fees He failed to explain$25.00 I guess were for him? Parking was a disaster Not if I have a ticket pending in Cleatwater area? T.V was also a nightmare no volume couldn't change the channels etc A/C in the room only blowing hot Sheets had stains everywhere

Booked as a deluxe condo, poolwas cloudy because the pumps weren't working, entrance door was not aligned you had to lift then push, water damage on the ceiling and walls mold stains on the shower walls, missing curtains,wiring hanging of the walls.

This property is a fixer upper. The rooms were clean and spacious, but it could use a little TLC. Property manager was very helpful and it is very close to the beach and within walking distance of eating and shopping. That made it worth the stay😊

It was very clean ,and at night very well lite up with Bright Lights,felt safe there the staff was very nice answered any questions we may have had,The Iron in our room didnt work so i went and told one of the guys in the office and in no time he brought us a New Iron,we are talking about going back there next year,close to the beach and no problems at all,

I liked parking was free at the front non operational gate. I didn't like the cockroaches that hit the floor when i opened the kitchen cabinet, the broken bathroom window like it had been exited thru. The a/c was inefficient. This place was like Goodwill store opened a motel.

Robert is the best thing about this property! The reno could be good except that it is clear that a lot of worn and old pieces - faucets - kitchen utensils and taps - overall - a high rental cost - not good value for money
