2nd time staying at the Eastin. Sadly it was only for one night but got the best night's sleep I've had in years on the king bed in my room.
This is everything a value for money 5 star hotel should be. Not extremely plush so not overrun with pretentious guests... just a mid size, well maintained and clean hotel in a great location with an infinity pool and good happy hour, excellent service throughout, really decent sized, temperature controlled rooms and nice spec in the bathrooms. Oh, the elevators are quick. Why can't other hotels be like this.

This is fabulous hotel. We stayed in the executive level rooms. Had access to the executive lounge for drinks and nibbles every afternoon from 5pm to 7pm. Excellent quality. Staff are exceptional. Very economical price wise. It is right on the BTS skyrail which makes it very easy to get around. One negative is that the Televisions need updating. Needs smart Televisions so can watch streaming with your own apps. Nothing but news stations. Very small problem though. We have stayed in this hotel a few times and certainly will stay here again when we return to Bangkok.

The hotel was great. Took advantage of the executive lounge option and the amenities far exceeded expectations. The staff of the hotel were very good and helpful as well as accommodating. Excellent value for the money.

Great to have the BTS attached to the hotel. The negative was out of all the hotels we spent in Thailand this was the only one where we only had two bottles of drinking water. Every other hotel just gave us as much as we needed. Pool staff was a little pushy with drinks…. Standing over top of us while thinking of what to order.
Everything else was great and by far one of the best breakfast buffet ever !!

Ms Fang checked me in and out and she was so helpful. She’s a real credit to the Eastin organization. I will definitely consider this hotel when I return to Bangkok.

We were staying in a club floor room for 3 days. Check in on the club floor was quick & efficient .The rooms at the Eastin Grand were very clean & comfortable . The club lounge offered a good range of drinks & cocktails & the canapés were very good quality. All of the staff that we had dealings with were very courteous, professional & efficient & made our stay very enjoyable. There’s not much to do around the hotel but there’s a Sky train station right next to the hotel which tsjkes you into the city centre. Would definitely stay at the Eastin Grand again

Our room was incredible. We arrived early and were upgraded. The staff's service is impeccable. We enjoyed the executive lounge with our free cocktails from 5p-7p with appetizers. The breakfast was outstanding. My husband didn't want to leave because he enjoyed the room overlooking the city lights so much. Our bathroom was gorgeous as well. We loved the infinity pool too.

the breakfast is great and the rooms are perfect..
ok the restaurant at the pool is not amazing and the water of the pool is a little bit chilly (in the shadow).. (They could definitely heat it. )
but besides that nothing to say.. it is a good place to stay

The staff at East Grandin were so very accommodating - from an early checkin, to great tour recommendations and front desk support - we were very satisfied. I would highly recommend East Grandin for a stay in Bangkok.

Clean, zero noise in our four nights, extremely convenient skywalk access to the skytrain (by far the best way to get around), excellent breakfast (don’t miss the waffles from the kitchen) and a pool with a nice view of the city. A short walk or one skytrain station away from the river.
A really solid choice, it’s honestly a bit hard to find anything to criticise. I think a focus on sustainability would be the only obvious way for improvement.

We had an excellent stay at the Eastin Grand. Everything went well from check-in to check-out. We enjoyed the Executive Lounge very much - very good food & service. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant & helpful. We are returning to Bangkok soon & cancelled a reservation at another Bangkok hotel to rebook here.

The service was amazing. We came around 11am exhausted from our travels and our two rooms were ready and we were allowed to use it. We always asked for adjacent rooms and joining but almost never get it. Here they had us with joining rooms. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the metro was right outside the hotel. Eastin made our vacation so enjoyable. Thank you!!

Property is a great location. BTS is conveniently connected which makes for eas to get to restaurants and shopping (Siam Paragon). Hotel staff is friendly and available 24hrs a day.

The Hotel´s service was excellent. We arrived at 9am but have been so lucky that our room was already ready for check-in. The room has been spacious with all amenities. The pool and bar on the 14th floor had a great view and are open till 10pm so that one can still relax after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast has been delicious, only the fruit juices could have a less "artificial" sugar-based quality.
The BTS station Surasak is extremely close (50m via a
bridge over the street). Hence it is easy to reach the hotel via sky-train and BTS after arrival at the airport and way faster than taking a taxi. The express boats at Sathorn Pier can also easily be reached by taking the BTS train (one station to Saphan Taksin only).

Hotel location is very convenient, right by BTS Surasak station, close by all renowned shopping mall. It is 1 hour away from airport. Hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our flight got cancelled and they provide professional and constructive solution. Guest room cleanliness is fair. There was stain on the blanket cover which is not acceptable. There were lots of outlets in the room; however, only a few works which is not enough to serve my needs. Overall the rating is Good 👍 and I am happy to recommend to my friends if they travel to Bangkok.
