Only complaint is the hotel has no fast food restaurant in the area.

The second night of our stay was not good because there was a basketball team on our floor that were talking in the hall and going in and out of rooms most of the night. This noise started around midnight and lasted through most of the night. We were on the 2nd floor.

We needed an overnight stay near Bridge Street Center and this fit all of our needs for a good price. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities but the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was great and the staff were awesome. The problem I had was they were installing carpet in the upper floor during the day all the way to 6pm. When you work night shift and need to rest during the day, its not fun listening to banging all day long.

This hotel was really great. The breakfast buffet was better than most I’ve had. Rooms were spacious and comfy. We had some rowdy neighbors and they were kind enough to address this. We had one of our travelers who left behind some expensive headphones and they not only located them, but shipped them back home to us. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I stay in Huntsville at least 4 times per month and have stayed at dozens of different hotels. This hotel was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most appealing. The linens were fresh, the towels were soft, unlike many hotel towels that feel like sandpaper, and it was safe, bright, and inviting. Even the elevators were clean. For the price, no hotel can touch it. I wll definately stay here again.

I found the grounds to be beautiful and with the Canada geese landing in the pond i found it absolutely serene. Everthing was very clean and neat. The staff i encountered were so wonderful. I very much enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Also the snack area had tv dinners and snacks that were just perfect in case you were too tired to out to eat. The laundry room was also clean and neat as a pin! Great place.

This hotel is in a great location off 565 and next to Bridge Street, an upscale cluster of restaurants, bars, and shops. The property is well maintained and my room was clean as was the bath. The bed was a little soft, but ok. Only issue was the room above me had kids who ran, jumped off the bed (or were dropping bowling balls), banged into the walls well past midnight. Two calls to the front desk yielded zero results. I travel 140-150 nights per year and this is getting to be a problem…parents/children who do not respect the hotel’s 10:00PM quiet hours.

The hotel was fine. The hot breakfast was appreciated. The location was convenient to store but not to where I wanted to go .Getting on and off the freeway took a little getting use to but all in all it was good. My friends want to stay there next year.

Digital check in was smooth and easy. Front desk manager was very pleasant and helpful. I'm one of those guests that sanitizes a room before i settle in and the room passed my pre sanitation measures with an A . Give housekeeping lady a huge kudos and raise! Kudos to staff.This location is well run!

I took my grands to the Space Center. We stayed because it was very close to the center. ALL OF THE STAFFF WAS SO PLEASANT! Everyone greeted us with a smile ! The property was very nice & clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was perfect and clean . So pleased!!!!!!!

Our room was great. The checkin was late notice due to a different travel debacle. Checkin was great and the hotel was quiet, even with a pretty full hotel. The reason we give a middle score for cleanliness is there was a pair of shorts and undies in one of the two rooms behind the curtains. Breakfast was fantastic and worth probably $50+ nowadays for a group of 6. Good stay though.

First want to say that the people who clean the rooms do a great job! Thank you! Seems like that’s hard for some places. The hotel is clean inside and out, and the staff is friendly. The location was great, easy to get to, quiet and close enough to get where you want to go. Would definitely stay there again.
