Not enough parking, had to park on the street. Beds extremely uncomfortable.

Carrie was amazing at the front desk. From answering my questions pre reserving to room t the front desk experience and giving me the "low down" on all things Best Western. The room was clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast in the AM was also a good perk.

Great location, easy to park and employees are all so helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was recently updated. Breakfast options were excellent—many choices both hot and cold.

We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm and were treated with great care and friendliness. This is a great spot to use as a 'home base' when travelling in or through Buffalo. Would definitely recommend.

It was a nice hotel, stayed here because of the bills vs steelers game. Parking wasn’t the best and a few broken items in the hotel. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

... on a night when all city hotel rates were jacked-up due to two New Year's Eve festivities, this was a great value. The room was clean, and the hotel was relatively quiet despite a number of Bill's fans staying there. Would stay there again.

Beautiful buildings and near our concert venue (which unfortunately was cancelled the day before); no shopping area; seems to be a business and theatre district only; liked the free rail ride and access to bus station and then on to Niagara Falls; was wonderful there is a full free breakfast at the hotel every day and a lovely breakfast room.

The hotel, both the lobby and guest room, were very clean and comfortable.
I appreciated being able to check in much earlier than the normal check in time.

Fitness center equipment- half didn’t work.
“hot breakfast” was cold except for what I toasted or made “waffle”. Breakfast room tv was set to a channel with all infomercials. This was at 8 on a weekday. Hotel was very convenient, rooms and open areas very nice.

Our room was very nice. It was clean and came with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was big, plenty of room. The tv was large , plenty of channels. Free parking was a bonus. Our room also had a nice view. The staff was very polite,courteous anf friendly. We stayed there for a Bruins game. The arena was a short taxi cab ride away. We will stay there again and i have no issues with recommending this Hotel to anyone.

The matress cover was heavily stained,,nasty. The bathroom had a pocket door that was broken. The breakfast was excellent as far as hotels go. The staff was very nice

No complaints about the staff - the only person we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room and other areas of the hotel seemed relatively clean, however there was a stale/musty smell throughout. We are not familiar with the area surrounding the hotel, but it seemed a bit rundown and kinda sketchy. To be fair we only stayed one night as we drove in from out of town for a hockey game.

Beautiful hotel, great location, above and beyond staff. Our friend got food poisoning and was sick (NOT from hotel food) and the staff was so helpful and sweet.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel was convenient to our location and all staff were terrific to deal with. Troy was so helpful. He made check in a breeze and even gave us tips regarding restaurants and local transportation!

It seems always to be hit or miss when you choose a property in an urban location with which you are not familiar. This one is a winner - right on a main street, yet not loud or dirty. Very clean property with great staff. Easy parking. Some very good restaurants within a few blocks. Very happy with this choice.

This hotel has been in this city for quite a while however, they have managed to keep up with the times. It’s has a modern look and is pretty up to date. Nautical has great customer service. There’s a nice large television in the rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast options, and it’s pretty quiet. I’d stay there again.
