The room was clean and nice. BUT. The toilet would not flush without my husband working on it each time. The tub faucet had been pulled away from the wall and never been resealed. Consequently, when switching it to shower, the water came out at about a 3rd of the amount and pressure that one would expect; while the remain water and pressure came out of the faucet. TERRIBLE TOILET AND SHOWER.
I booked a kitchenette for a reason. One would expect at least the bare necessities, but nope not at this hotel. There was absolutely no silverware, the tiniest pot and cheap plastic bowl. There was a sign that said to go to the front desk for supplies.
I sent my daughter down for silverware, paper towels, a decent mixing bowl and dish soap. She was told that they do not provide these items anymore and was directed to the breakfast area for the cheapest plastic wear, and the tiniest napkins.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MAKE FOOD.

Agent at check in very friend. Hotel in general was good, including breakfast. Target, and two Chinese Buffets with in walking distance. Only issue, asked for a walk up call, but telephone not working in room.

The location is grat for the dinning options. The hotel has been renovated but it is not very clran and staff could be better

The toilet in the room I was given was broken. The flushing handle was pointed at 12 o’clock and although the Front Desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating and helped me move into a different room that room did not have any toilet paper.

It was good. They had a very good breakfast.

Hotel is fine for a night. Cracked tiles throughout the bathroom in 205 with grout missing (so tiles move). Breakfast is good. Location is great.

Overall, it was fine. The bed wasn't comfortable, nor the pillows. There weren't a lot of channels to select on the TV (but you could use your netflix). The indoor pool was freezing, and the hot tub was small but nice. The breakfast wasn't great and was missing a lot of food quickly (not replenished). It was spring break and the cleaning crew seemed to have their kids with them which was fine. The bathroom wasn't super clean. There were never towels available at the pool. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again and I'd pick somewhere else for a try, but it wasn't bad. We did have a kitchen which was kinda nice. Parking was okay.

The first room we were given was filthy - we’re not exaggerating! We took pics (attached) and showed to desk clerk. He looked at the first two and immediately agreed we needed another room. The second room was great. Of course, it was a hassle to move, but the clean room was worth it. Unfortunately, the room change caused some sort of mix up and we were awoken with a knock at the door to ask our name and again an hour later with a phone call asking the same. Ugh. The first LaQuinta we went to did not have hot water!! We drove another hour!

Very nice hotel with everything you need nearby for food, gas and shopping. I was on a road trip from Florida and this was a great stop.

Breakfast lady could have cleaned up better there was dirty tables and the guest had to clean them, spills on the floor and she just walked over it!! The room NEEDS CLEANED BETTER!! Behind the bathroom door was nasty, under the sink area was very dirty, for a double room we only had 2 towels that’s it!! The housekeeper with the blue hair out the door talking on speaker on her phone!! They need to take effort in there job and clean better and respect that the guest is there and not be out talking on speaker on the phone, gym was dirty all weekend the trash in the halls was never taken out all weekend they can do better

Clean rooms and courteous staff. Exercise room and pool area could use attention. Outside area could be picked up. Overall good; not exceptional.

Everything was clean. I was surprised that we couldn't hear the elevator even though our room was right next to it. However, the doors to the individual rooms would slam shut every time someone went in or out of their room.

Pet friendly. They don't have enough ground floor rooms for disabled individuals esp.those with pets.

This was our third stay at this location on our route from Louisiana to Colorado and vice-versa, but it was the least clean of each visit. While the beds were comfortable and everything was in working order, the room needed a good deep clean. We stayed in a deluxe double room with kitchenette and this is what was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint: dusty surfaces (alarm clock, bed table, hood vent); food left in freezer from previous guest, bathroom floors not clean and tub appeared to be either stained or not thorougly cleaned but we opted not to use it since we only stay for one night. The breakfast is decent and the staff is friendly.

The hotel could have been cleaner. The beds were not comfortable. Everything is very basic low quality. The staff at the desk were really nice.

We had a great check on experience with Therese, but her replacement at 11 pm was unyielding and rude. Our room had a complimentary water note written by a corporate person. We did not have the water in our room, so we inquired at the front desk. The rude dude said water was $1 and it would be added to our room bill. I just walked away.

They stay was decent. My room at some random point smelled like heavy cigarettes and I’m really allergic so I sneezed all night

First thing it took half an hour or more to actually get checked in because the girl screwed up with their procedure or whatever. Then thee indoor pool, which was the reason for choosing this place, was freezing cold and the hot tub bubbles didn't work. The premium TV advertised was a freaking joke. Will not be staying here again.

We were beyond exhausted when we landed here. So thankful for the friendly and helpful staff.

Hotels need to get out of the breakfast business. Yours was marginal at best and gives off a very poor opinion of the stay.

The first room I got put in smelt funny. Kinda like dusty or mildew. Maybe a flood that wasn’t quite cleaned up right. I asked to be put in another room. The receptionist went in there and made me wait. He said it just smelt like a hotel room but he put me in a different room and this one was fine. He made me wait to investigate which he could have done on his own time. Then he dismissed my opinion which was rude. I didn’t make it up. It was a fact. Then I had to call him about my refrigerator not working. He came and pulled it out and saw it was plugged in, which I had already surmised. I asked if there was a button that turned it on. He said no. Then after 5 min he saw that the dial was turned all the way down. I made the observation that it did have a button that turned it on after all to which he said “no” it was at that moment I realized he is a narcissist and no matter what truth you present he will disagree and tell you that you’re wrong. I guess La Quinta are not fussy with whom they employ. Annoying to have any interaction with people like this with a personality defect. I guess he didn’t get the memo that the customer is always right. Especially when they are. Two thumbs down. I won’t go back.

The room was clean and updated. However, the key cards quit working after the first night and we had to ask for new ones. Our room was on the third floor and one of the elevators was not operational.
Because we registered with a dog, we were assigned a room on the far end of the third floor next to a crying baby and a couple of barking dogs (ours never barked once). Must be the hotel’s policy to group all the “noisy” together. We will likely seek other accommodations next time.

Modern, clean, conveniently located, fair price, clean bath, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was a hard pass as lacked originality or real thoughtfulness. Staff were robotic and not particularly friendly.

Stay was great. Nice hotel; friendly and accommodating staff. Not crazy about the pet charge and the elevators once didn’t work. I recommend a faster two.

Mostly little, inconvenient things. Outside lights not working upon arrival. Completely dark outside. 1 elevator was out of service the entire stay. The working elevator broke down too the night of arrival. The refrigerator and freezer doors opened the wrong direction so it was difficult to use it. The toilet paper holder was broken. Some outlets didn’t work correctly. Several room doors were not shut but the rooms were dark. Lots of noise on the floor above throughout the night.

I paid in full prior to my arrival on hotels.com. I have $700 in charges from the hotel on my card. One charge is for my stay which should not have been charged to my card since I paid in full with another account prior to my arrival. The other two $140 charges are “pre authorization” charges which are still pending 5 days after checkout.

The general restroom on first floor was dirty along with hotel room restroom as well. Hair and other articles on wall of shower. The tv did not work properly. The door entry card had to be reloaded and was never next to any other devices. Orange peels were on the floor all day at the 3rd floor elevator entrance. The toilet stopped up and told the counter person and nothing was done. The hot tub timer doesn’t work. Sheets were left in piles in the hallway all day and they the night.

This hotel was very nasty. First of all, as soon as i walk through the door the clerk yells out, "check-in time has been delayed until 515-530, a dryer broke so we have no linens." I'm like that fine, so I left then went back about 515 to check in. Immediately upon walking in the door i could tell the room was nasty. The floor in front of the door, you could tell had not been swept. Being in a hurry to use the restroom, I go in, left up the toilet seat and Immediately zone in on some dried pee stains on the toilet, and hair on the sink. I, myself, went next door to target to buy some cleaning supplies. The bathtub had long stands of hair that wouldnt even come off the sponge and had to just throw it away. The toilet was completely nasty and could tell there had been no attempt to clean it as well as the sink. The rug had not been vacuumed and i could see food crumbs on it. I had the room key for 4 hrs of my expected 2 night stay, the clerk said he'd see too it that i would get a full refund that i have not seen nor a receipt and have been calling for a week and they dont answer the phone!!!! Do not book here!

I picked this because LaQuinta Inns rarely disappoint and it was right down the street from where we needed to be. Bed was soft, waffles were warm. Orange infused iced water was great. The toilet in our room did not flush. The rod to the chain had rusted. Fairly new hotel. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and only one towel in our room. We did not notice any of these things until we returned to our room at midnight and was not going to hassle with it at that time.

The modern furniture and setting was fine.

It’s located very near shopping and lots of restaurants are within a half mile. I wouldn’t say it’s very walkable but everything is convenient.
Pool was incredibly cold and hot tub jets weren’t working. That was a little disappointing, but overall a decent stay.
