I have stayed in residences before: these were the best. Beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave were available.
There is no elevator, so if you don’t want to carry a suitcase up three flights, request ground floor!

Great place to stay for a few days if you are visiting the area. My wife and I came to hike the West Coast Trail and this was the perfect spot to stop before and after the adventure. Building doesn't have A/C, but this is a minor detail considering all the memories that brought back to us from our University years 😀

I really liked most aspects about the stay. My only reservation might be that at that price point a private bathroom, rather than shared, might be expected.

What I disliked: the bunk bed.

The stay was great for me as I met family in Nanaimo and left for a fishing trip to Ucluelet. I stayed one night, fished for two days and returned for one more night. Thanks for making the room available.

This is a small dorm room with a shared washroom. Its nothing fancy but it was quiet and clean for a very reasonable rate.

This is property is an excellent stay if you want a quiet place with no amenities. The property is the cleanest accommodations I have stayed in. Also, I was out and about so all I needed was a place to sleep and nothing more. The continental breakfast was filling.
