Our flight was delayed and thankfully a late check-in at the restaurant was available. Staff were very helpful and explained that there had been a booking error, so we were upgraded. Breakfast was lovely and a great viewing spot for people watching. Location made our few days in Dubrovnik very easy.
We were unaware that cash was needed to pay, but we were given enough notice and directions to arrange.

The Orhan Rooms is in a great location. There is no doubt this is the best feature. The check in process was a person giving us keys and taking us to our room, which is okay but when I went to check out the women said it was cash only. I never got notice about this nor was it mentioned when I checked in. The room was dated and there was water damage which was extensive in the bathroom which had a moldy ceiling and peeling paint. The breakfast was limited but good.

This property is perfectly located to walk to Old Town and the breakfasts were fantastic. However we couldn’t get the wifi to work and the shower had mold. The room itself was clean and the staff were great.

We had the best time at this property and the location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. It’s a two minute walk from the city walls and less than 10 minutes from two amazing beaches. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 35 degree Celsius weather. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I highly recommend Orhan Rooms to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

The hospitality and breakfast was really nice, everything required was there and offered, I couldn't ask for more plus the location was perfect.

The hotel was spacious and the A/C was great. Location to Pile gate was great. It needed to have mugs for tea since it comes with a hot water kettle. The light in bedroom did not work and we needed a lamp. Breakfast should start earlier than 9 am and dinner at 6:30 where other restaurants were open.

Staff at the restaurant; both at the check-in and during breakfast each morning, were fantastic. Polite and always had answers to questions. Breakfasts were very good. Croissants and sliced bread as well as a choice of omelette or eggs. The room is within an apartment building adjacent to the restaurant and is only a 3-minute walk to the Old City's Pila Gate. It's a fantastic location!! The room itself was okay. Paint and plaster flaking off several of the walls, sockets were hanging off the walls and the bathroom was a mismatch of fittings and sealants, but it had a comfy bed, working shower and a toilet and thats all my partner and I needed for our stay!! Especially for the price we paid, and so close to the Old Town. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The beds are comfortable and the location is great. It’s basically in old town but you don’t need to deal with old town crowds. However, the place felt really run down and dirty and the breakfast was horrible. Make reservations at the restaurant if you want dinner there.

The room was simple and lacked a closet/hangers but it was fine for us for our short stay. The location was worth every penny we paid. The breakfast was pretty satisfying though simple. The view from the restaurant terrace was spectacular. The niggle for us was that breakfast was only served from 9.00 AM until 10:00 AM which was quite inconvenient but they packed to-go breakfast for us for the days when we had an early start. Our biggest disappointment was that they only accepted cash payment for the room (no credit card accepted) during check-out. The manager insisted she told us so during check-in although my wife and I are sure she hadn't. Had we known in advance we wouldn't have used up almost all of our cash for other things. I ended up having to run to an ATM to withdraw cash at a highly unfavorable rate plus incurring a transaction charge. All in all we were pretty happy with the place and would recommend it.

Expectations of rooms in line with budget. Great location, the owners are lovely (family run) the orhan restaurant that is owned by them and where you have breakfast does lovely food in the evening, with an amazing sea view.

Very close to the city walls, this inexpensive accommodation, with very friendly service is perfect for sightseeing in Dubrovnik. They also have good food, both for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended

Unfortunately it was advertised as having guest wifi in the rooms but the check-in staff said they’ve been having an issue with it all summer. The only wifi available was at a restaurant a short walk away. 😞

If you need a quick stay near Pile Gate, this is a good choice. No frills and the wifi didn’t work, but the staff was SO kind and the breakfast overlooking the walls was amazing. Perfect for a short stay.

The location is fantastic.
The breakfast area has a beatiful view. However, the breakfast starts at 9am which is late if we want to go for morning tours.

It is a really good option, very good value for the price. Its location is perfect and you are only steps away from Old Town and from main square to meet other people, grab a taxi, or have dinner. The breakfast they offer included in the price is very good and you have a great view of old town (just as shown in the picture). The room was clean, quiet, AC working perfect. In general I strongly recommend it.
One additional note, in my particular case we arrived at midnight due to flight delays, and one lady (believe part of the owners) waited for us until we arrived to the property and considering it was very late and after a very long trip (from Mexico) she had for us a light dinner and a couple of drinks ... I forgot to ask her name ... but if you see this message ... a BIG THANK YOU, you were so kind with us !! ... I will always remember this from our trip to Dubrovnk !!

The view from the restaurant is the best I saw in Dubrovnik. The food was home made style. Laundry service is excellent. The walking distance to the historic center is so close. All the employees (family members) are considerate, informative, caring, helpful, and friendly. Everyone spoke English.

If you are looking for a clean bed,closines to the old town and breakfast with amazing view - this is just enough. If you need mire confort, tea/coffe in the room, great design etc try other places instead.

Absolutely horrendous, like the earlier traveller said, the Wi-Fi was not working, but in addition to that, the TV was also not working, the shower head needs to be physically held, the shower door can't close properly, and the room was really dim with mosquitos. It almost made me regret coming into the city, so luckily I had a different place to stay the second night.

So friendly and hospitable, very comfortable and quiet room and, comfortable bed. Wifi unfortanely not working in apartment, but it does work in their restaurant next to the appartments
