The stay was really nice, I would say it could get loud here sometimes. As well they don't have toothpaste or slippers for you so make so you bring your own!! The scent that is in the room is really nice, and their was this scent on the bed. If you're someone who is sensitive to scent it may bother you like it did to me.

Absolutely awesome! The family that owns this works on site and they’re so friendly and helpful. We felt completely safe and close to everything on foot. We highly recommend!

We were in town for just one night while we checked out the San Jose State college campus. Upon check in the clerk was courteous and helpful. He let us know to make sure to check out the library at the school and where we could get coffee just next door to hotel. The room was clean, and spacious .Bed was comfortable. If my daughter chooses San Jose for college I will be staying here agin for sure.

I loved our stay at the Convention Center Inn and Suites. Check in was simple and I was checked in by the owner or manager of the hotel. He was super friendly and helpful in suggesting a place for dinner. The moment we walked in our room we were amazed at how clean,fresh and large the space was. Things I loved were the shutters on the windows and unlike most hotels these days the fan ran continuously through the night instead of shutting off and on waking me up every 20 minutes. This was a game changer for my sleep quality. The bed was firm but comfortable. In the morning the manager offered service to our room and gave us fresh towels. He was also very quick with a smile and a few jokes. I will be back for sure. Thank you for such a great stay!

It was a convenient inn to SoFa District & the convention center and events. Nice & quiet. The owner is helpful and friendly. The room is minimalist which is what i like. I like to easily see if the place is clean without clutter of decorations. No coffee maker, but it was conveniently located beside Academie coffee. No elevator but hopefully ground floor rooms will be available for those handicapped. I liked our 3rd floor room. Not a hard climb up.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. If I was to nitpick anything it would be that the mattresses are a little bit stiff. Everything else was perfect.

Very quiet on the third floor, the bed felt kind of like a memory foam mattress not stiff like other hotels. The only complaint i have is the entrance to the parking lot dips really low so if you drive a low or lowered vehicle you will scrap even if you enter or leave at an angle.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable too! The only thing missing was breakfast but there are plenty of nearby places to eat.

I arrived late in the evening for a court hearing the following morning. Reception was clean and friendly, as was the service the next morning. They happily help my luggage while I went to court after checkout. The room was large and clean. Typical amenities, nicely kept. I will definitely stay hear when I have court dates in San Jose! Bonus, it is walking distance to the federal courthouse.

Very friendly and witty front desk person checked us in. He told us about restaurants close by.
The room was perfect. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Electric outlets were easy to access for my cpap machine. Then even included a usb port for easy cell phone charging.
Parking was a little tight, but plenty of spaces even late at night.
We are adding this place to our list of repeats.

The rooms are very spacious and well kept. When I take a shower, the water is hot immediately, and stays hot much longer than my at-home shower. The mattress is very nice, and I had such an easy time sleeping I had dreams every night. The location is wonderful too, in walking distance of the convention center, mini-marts, and restaurants and food trucks. I traveled from out of state, but i never needed to get a ride anywhere except back to the airport at the end of my stay.
I give full marks to the establishment.

As soon as my friend and I arrived, we received a friendly greeting. Not only was the owner friendly and helpful, he was very funny. If we needed anything at all, we just had to let him know and he made the whole process of staying there easy and great. I would gladly stay here again as it is a guaranteed great and comfortable place to be.

I loved this motel! Only a 7 minute walk to the convention center and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They let us know about a coffee shop right next door and it was wonderful. Hoping to book another stay next year.

This has become my little go-to stop when I visit my grownup kiddo at SJSU. I am 5 minutes from the campus apartments and so close to everything else! I always feel welcomed and the room is new, fresh, and clean! I also feel safe and sound ~
This last time, the owner encouraged me to park in covered parking area so that I wouldn’t get too wet getting to my room. They also always check on me when I am coming and going.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was really welcoming, and the room turned out to be larger than I expected. Definitely recommend it for an enjoyable and affordable spot.

The hotel is great and very reasonable. They don't have coffee or breakfast but there's a little shop right next door that does. It's walking distance from a bunch of places, entertainment food etc. I will definitely stay here from now on when I go to San Jose

Wow what a great spot. Unbelievable pricing in an area with motel hotels over 400 a night. I was amazed by the reviews and the price. But all were true. Great stay. Also Nick is absolutely amazing. Idk if he owns the place but you would have to assume so with the service he provideds

Nick was a great host! I asked where I could buy an umbrella near for my wife and he let me borrow one during our stay. He went and left the umbrella in our room. Next morning he greeted us and asked about our stay before leaving. Great place to stay over all.

Nick checked us in. He has a great sense of humor and always made sure our stay was pleasant throughout our stay. Room was clean. Courtyard adorable. No complaints. We wanted to stay somewhere close to improv.
