Everyone working at the beach pool area were fantastic. Housekeeping was a little slack, some towels did not look clean and clean sheets were questionable. Carpet in the room is horrible dirty. Felt damp. But the view was great!. The Music from shepards beach needs to be controlled by the noise ordinance!!

We love staying here and hope to someday come back again. The beach is beautiful. The hotel was friendly and very clean. Very relaxing. One suggestion get there early to reserve your chairs for the beach.! Greg at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Mark on the beach was wonderful on beach!

This is the only resort we will stay at during our time in Clearwater Beach. This is our fourth time staying. So easy to access the beach, pool and grab a snack from the beach bar at Winter the Dolphin. Great setup for families!

Arrived early at 2pm and room wasn’t ready. I reserved two queen beds and was told at check in we were changed to one queen and a sofa bed. When it was time for bed we realized there were no sheets for the sofa bed. The top sheets on the king bed smelled like men’s cologne.

Ideal location on beach with easy access to everything including shuttle to marina * best little pub on the water * terrace dining room has a dramatic feel and the views are great * friendly helpful staff, waiters too!

The housekeepers spoiled the experience. We were granted a late checkout; my parents needed to get extra rest, but the housekeepers, apparently, were not informed and kept on banging at the door several times. Not only did they disregard the No Disturb sign, but they also opened the door every time. Despite they saying that they got a late checkout, they insisted. The lobby staff are very pleasant and the room was comfortable, the hotel is well located. But the breakfast is not good, the eggs resembled plastic, no real yolk. No meats.

Went here for our babymoon and absolutely loved our view of the ocean from our balcony! The breakfast was pretty good and the room was nice and spacious. We liked that several restaurants and mini golf were within easy walking distance. The only slight annoyances were having our balcony over the restaurant so music played pretty late into the night, parking being $25/night, and having to pay for a beach chair. All in all, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here.

First time at Hampton and we would love to go back. The rates were good, the rooms were clean, and the service in the dining areas was very good. There needs to be a higher level of communication. Took us nearly 2 hours to check in without anyone communicating with us throughout that time as to the status of our room until it was finally ready. We had 2 small dogs and waiting that long was uncomfortable. The breakfast was free so you can't beat that but it was not what you would call excellent. The television was difficult to decipher and finding channels was not easy. The food at Cabana was very good and the service was outstanding! The two young ladies there on Friday afternoon were exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The views were gorgeous and the beach was not overly crowded.

Jamie did an absolutely FANTASTIC job of keeping the grounds… especially by the beach looking fantastic! She was extremely personable and diligent about her many jobs. The hotel itself was very nice, breakfast good. Hotel clean! Definitely would come back!!

The table in our room was filthy on the edges. Bed was really hard and went and got a couple of comforters from the desk attendant(didn't get her name, she was awesome). Carpets need cleaned also Rooms and hallways.

Our stay at Hamilton Inn and Suites Clearwater Beach was very enjoyable. The room was clean and offered everything we expected, including a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the all day coffee and tea, in reception, was a nice surprise. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Tough to navigate getting into the building in a car and the lady working the parking garage isn't very welcoming. Bark orders and makes you move before figuring out where the heck you are. No information during check in so we didn't know what was open and when. Also, no towels at the pool and no signs or direction how to get them. Go to the pool only to find we had to go back up to the 6th floor to check them out.

The room was clean , neat and so comfortable . It has a beautiful view towards Clearwater Bay .. enjoy the sunset and the perfect weather at the rooftop where at Evy's Terrace Bar and Bistro was able to meet with family and friends .. a few cocktails and live music .. everything was smooth and delightful !!! I only wish to be able to stay longer .. but definitely I'll be back !!

Nice clean property. The staff were helpful for the most part. The breakfast does not fit with the hotel star rating. I asked for an omelet, the staff advised that they can deviate from the menu. The neighboring hotel hosts beach parties almost night long with very loud music.

The hotel was right on the water. The property was in excellent shape. It was very clean and comfortable. The food and service at the beach cafe was first rate. The semi-private beach was nice. It was fun to watch the various watercraft go by. There is a $25 per night parking charge which I didn't see noted while arranging a reservation. Being issued a wristband to gain access to the amenities seemed a little...really?! (But maybe gatecrashers are more of a problem than one would think.)

Everything was clean and acceptable but a bit pricey for what you get. Pros: 1. Great location 2. Nice views 3. Pool and beach access. 4. Very walkable area 5. Beds very comfy. Cons 1. Breakfast was not so great. Very basic. 2. Parking costs $25 per day! 3. Hard to get cold water from facet. Always warm. 4. Water pressure in shower was weak. Pretty nice for a couple of nights' stay but wouldn't plan to stay there for a week long or longer vacation.
