Great staff, nice clean room. My only issue was that the bed had a huge lump in it, but it wasn’t terrible. Still would stay here again.

The indoor pool area needs serious upgrades. The hot tub was a big empty tub with a tarp over it. Both beds had stains (one was blood the other I don’t know). I made numerous attempts to call the front desk but felt bad because the gentleman who checked us in was AWESOME to us. I was praying for the morning to come so that I could leave. The peeling ceiling, shampoo bottle holder was broken. I can go on and on. I was surprised because this place came highly recommended.

Stay was fine other than hot water in room. We had to run shower for 45 minutes each time before we could actually get in and have luke warm eater

My stay awesome, the staff was friendly. The breakfast attendant on my last morning there is the sweetest. Just as she was on my visit several months ago. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Definitely need to work on their elevator situation. Check in was the quickest I'd ever experienced and the room seemed like they were expecting me, ac and tv were on as of to say Welcome! Very impressed

We have had a nice stay. Our room is clean and attractive. Everyone we have dealt with was professional and friendly. We have had no problems. We came to visit our son and will likely stay at the Fairfield Inn again when we return.

The property was nice, staff was friendly, and the room was cozy. But I did notice a cobweb in my room and two stinkbugs. Not a dealbreaker for the price (not for me, at least) but just FYI. I think i would stay there again though. A decent hotel but more attention could be paid to housekeeping.

This was a wonderful stay! At the front desk, Alicia was the friendliest, most professional person we have encountered in our annual drive from Minnesota to Florida. When our GPS led us astray, she patiently and expertly guided us in over the phone and made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Her polished demeanor instantly conveyed this hotel has high standards.
At breakfast, Miss Terry reinforced our opinion of this Fairfield Inn with her tasty breakfast and friendly conversation. My husband and I highly recommend this hotel!

This is an excellent hotel and easy to get to all points around Atlanta. I was in town for a funeral and it was good to have a comfortable base to return to each day.

First time staying definitely not the last! The room smelled like nothing which is great!! It smelled and looked cleaned throughout. The shower was great and clean. The carpet is clean and the bed is comfortable.

This property’s best quality was the check-in staff. They were very friendly. I never encountered any other staff to comment one way or the other. The facility was decent just a little dated. However, there was an obvious order on the 3rd floor beyond just “a musty or old smelling building”. It was a real stitch! Overall, it was a decent accommodation for what we needed. Just clean up the smell and update sooner rather than later. I usually would comment on the breakfast, but my stay was brief and I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I have no feedback or opinion about that. Kudos to the staff in this post-COVID economy.

Well the hotel is to new for wall unit ACs and they got them rigged at a certain temperature. I’ve stayed at better Marriott’s. Considering how new the property is

Very nice and clean hotel. They are doing construction next door so if you sleep in that may be an issue. We had to get up and get going so not an issue for us.

Wanted a overnight get away close to home and this was perfect! Clean, nice staff and close to dining. Even received courtesy check out call from front desk.
