They oversold King bed rooms, so I didn't get the room I reserved. Other than that, I had a good stay.

The only thing I did not like was the pull out sofa bed, the mattress did not sleep well. Everything else was great.

This is a great place to stay. The property is kept up well and it is conveniently located near a few shops and dining.

I prepaid my reservation for the hotel three months before I stayed there. When I arrived, the desk clerk insisted I had only reserved the room and not actually paid. And she told me this after she ran my card, which I initially was tood was for incidentals, twice. I was able to get hotels.com to reimburse me my non-reimbursable payment by cintaxting them and having their reps speak to hotel staff directly. I sure wasn't having luck getting hotel staff to talk to me. I was given contradictory information regarding the availability of staff with whom to address the matter, and more than half the time, there were no staff manning the front desk at all. The day clerks were friendly when they were around, but they weren't there consistently. Breakfast was mediocre and often cold, even when breakfast service time opened. The indoor pool was cold and clean enoufh for use but not in the best shape. The gym had very little variety of equipment, which was not well maintained, but it was serviceable for the most part, just not much for a hotel of its size. Not worth staying here. Will be staying at the Candlewood next door the next time I'm in town, as I've had much better experiences there. Can't recommend the SpringHill to anyone other than those who don't mind losing money and being strung along.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room and amenities were exceptional but the customer service was far beyond that. All of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have caught the name of the hotel receptionist when we checked in on Thursday evening. She went above and beyond to make our last night of vacation special. Kudos to a job well done. We will stay here if in the area again.

We love staying here. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff have always been nice and friendly. We've stayed here a handful of times and always have a pleasant experience.

Customer service was great, our room was really nice. BUT the king bed was awful. Neither my husband or I slept hardly. We are not terribly picky but wow it was bad!

Great property with very friendly staff. Oklahoma favorite, Ted’s Mexican restaurant is in walking distance. Close to Tinker and a few miles north of OK Heart Hospital South.

I stayed at the Del City SpringHill Suites twice for business trips. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and friendly. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend it!

It was very clean and had a fresh smell. Staff was very helpful. The bed lights in our room did not work and the staff offered to give us a different room. All was good except the breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. There are always a lot of military staying here due to the proximity to the base. The breakfast istarts at 6:30 am & included 3 different juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal cereal coffee tea and yogurt. They have two elevators and a small gym and indoor pool.

It was great, plenty of room for a family of four. Didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all, and my children of course loved the pool. The lady who checked me in was informative and friendly.

Everything was great! The customer service even better. I would change the breakfast options but hey I’m a chef! The coffee could be better but everything else was on point, cleanliness check! Staff check! Hospitality!

Property very nice. Arrived 2 days after snow/ice event parking lot was covered in packed snow and ice very slippery. it appeared that no effort had been made to treat or clear parking area. Again room and facility's were very nice, just wish it would have been safer in the parking lot.
