The Manager is nice and warm however I found the fixtures were outdated and not up to task and the water wouldn't drain properly and no soap to shower, I would not go back the colors are very well matched though but my experience was underwhelming

Very disappointed. It was supposed to be $91 but they charged me $96. The room is dated. The shower tub is stained. The towels are frayed. The bedsheet is old & is pilled with lots of bumps. The only redeeming factor was it had 2 refrigerators, but that left no counter space by the sink. We will stay elsewhere next time.

For a quick overnight you really can't complain for a $50 stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Other than the fact that an eight legged friend was making a home connected to my wife's suitcase that freaked her out at 5am, everything waa great.

Wanting an economical stay in North Platte for one night, Cheryl's Blue Spruce was the perfect choice! Clean room and a big comfortable bed. Perfect, cool night stay during the dog days of summer! No frills... and I didn't expect any! If you want some fancy soap you'll never use and Keurig coffee you'll never drink, there are plentiful options for more than twice the price if your Ego requires that kind of pampering. Cheryl, keep up the great work! Thanks for waiting up for my late arrival, and the fantastic night's stay!

Best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The bed was very comfortable. The traffic noise subsided after dark. The plumbing fixtures are the only down fall, they are old and in need of replacement. The staff are kind and considerate.

No AC in room. Was 100 when I got there. Unreal. First room ever with central ac which did not work. Big gap in door to room too. Did not want to use filthy box fan. So used ceiling fan. Nice people, but place needs serious updating.

The door did not shut nor lock properly. At one point I woke up and the door was a jar, but I had put the chain on the door so it hadn't come completely open. I had to push a piece of furniture in front of the door to hold it closed.

I booked this motel based on reviews stating it was clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed. The owner was friendly, but the room was a disaster - she said it was the only one available ( right next to the office) but I made this reservation EIGHT months ago! The dead bolt was broken. The door had a weird little window with a one-way mirror and a little door on the inside that closed over it - reminded me of an old movie with a speakeasy and mobsters. There was a connecting door to the office with no lock on our side. Also no way to control the AC and it was freezing in there - had to block the vents with pillows. The bathtub drain was clogged. Only good point - it was reasonably clean.

We found the motel to be charming. Each room is decorated different in its own unique way. Cheryl was nice and very accommodating. We booked the room last minute as we were traveling across Nebraska, and we arrived late. Prior to our arrival Cheryl turned on the a/c to cool down the room for us and she turned on the TV. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. We were impressed with the overhead ceiling fan as you don't get those in a typical hotel room, and we love the constant airflow. Upon check out Cheryl was very helpful to tell us where the nearest Wal-mart, car wash and McDonald's were so we could hit them all on our way out of town.

The owner was kind and helpful, especially when we had trouble getting the wifi to work. Our room was clean and there were nice bathroom amenities. We did not realize there wasn't A/C but the ceiling fan helped. The street noise is pretty loud in this area unfortunately, but did quiet down around 11 pm.

Very comfortable bed and amazingly quiet as it is right along the busy one-way street that is the highway through town. An older property, but has central air so no noisy under-window unit that I can't sleep with so I have to turn those off.

The facility is very clean and accommodating. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is a little older, so there were a few issues with the shower.
