Amazing. Quiet sleep with curtains that block out the light. Clean and well maintained. One tiny thing- the dark roast coffee in the breakfast room was weak. Starbucks is nearby, thankfully.

The rooms need updating. The colors and furniture are out of date. The refrigerator on top of a dresser with a microwave on top of the refrigerator looks like an accident waiting to happen. We normally love Hampton but this one was not up to the usual standards.

Wife went to use toilet and entire lid and seat slid off tank causing her to hit her back on tub. Wanted to talk to front desk but they had a number of customers in line and we needed to get on the road. She still needs asssitance today getting out of chairs and bed.

Staff is so helpful and kind, and the property is in really good shape. Great stopover when heading east or west on I-80!

The hotel was dirty and smelly like an old hotel from the 70’s I would have preferred staying at a nicer hotel down the road for $30 less. I only booked this hotel because the other people we were with had already booked their rooms here. This hotel did offer a discount at the Applebees for the guests staying at this hotel and they also had a fresh spread for breakfast with someone actually working the breakfast and making sure that the food was constantly stocked and kept the breakfast area clean. The hotel wasn’t terribly bad. I just don’t like seeing oil looking stains in the carpet in the rooms and in the halls. I prefer hotels with laminated floors or even tile. The smells are what really got this hotel the bad review from me.

Check in was easy & receptionist was a delight. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed a splash in the pool! Breakfast had plenty of options & staff kept everything replenished. Pillows on the bed are completely flat (only negative thing) Overall a wonderful stay!

The motel was ok, seemed short staffed. The room was clean and comfortable, not the quietest. The motel isn't responsible for the lack of medium scale restaurants in the area but there just wasn't anything. Fast food and that seemed to be it

The employees were terrific. Personable, friendly, hard working, large effort and genuine care. The place was not even close to worth the price. I am not judging the outdated furniture, I could see the furniture in the photos and accepted that before I booked. The decor was not the problem. The problem is that the hotel was extremely run down. The smells, the weak beds, the ragged floor, the smell of smoke, the musky odor. I will repeat, the staff was excellent - people were vacuuming constantly, engaging with guests, and outwardly friendly. The place was much more like a motel 6 or super 8. Not a $225++ place per night.

The room was outdated and did not seem very clean. The bathroom would Not have been accessible for someone in a wheelchair, and the crib they gave us was just a pack and play. Compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, this one wasn’t very nice and we won’t be staying at this Hampton Inn again

Our room was smaller than the rooms we usually get at Hampton Inns, had fewer amenities such as a night lite and luggage rack and, most disappointingly, no refrigerator. When we complained to the front desk, we were told that’s what you get when book a cheap room through Expedia.
