We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect- we walked it to most places including Pike Market Place, in 5-20 min. Service was exceptional!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 service. Great location walking distance to the pike place marker and the train to and from the airport was super close too. Felt safe walking around. Also an Italian gentleman Francesco I believe was his name was just amazing always very happy and cheerful when we saw him.

Everyone that worked at the hotel was great and really friendly. I especially loved the free champagne hour in the lobby! The rooms were a great size and clean. And the Sound bite bar on the 7th floor was nice with a great view. The location was great for everything we did during our visit, and had a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend staying here.

We got to the hotel at 9am, they let us check into the room. The room was modern and spacious and bedding and furniture and fixtures all seemed on the new side. Not worn out like most hotel rooms in big cities. Staff were all helpful and friendly especially the front door guys who never let me open a door for myself. Quick walk to Pike's market. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Initially we were given a room with an ugly view of a rooftop with many Air Con units on it so we asked to move. Thankfully we got one facing the street instead. We got a King room that was very spacious and I really liked the design. Nice details and furniture but we found the lights needed more dimmers as it was too bright at night. The bathrooms were nice but no tub. Loved the smell of the toiletries. Wished I could take some home but they were those fixed bottles. Didn’t see any in the shop either. We liked the Bell Tower location as it was near to the jazz venue we were going to, Dimitrious Jazz Alley. Great music! Also walking distance to Pike Market. 👍

Fantastic stay. We walked to all main areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Capital Hill, Pioneer Square) you really can’t find anywhere in a better location - also as close to the tram it was so easy to get to/from the airport. Great local food and drink options. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We used the fitness centre which had everything you needed (incl Peloton bike) but there was an option to upgrade to a more comprehensive gym too. All amenities in the room were fab and easy to get more of things from the front desk like coffee pods. Overall we loved the hotel and would recommend to all our friends and family!

It was pretty good. It was noisy at times but it is to be expected in the downtown area. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The sink faucet in the bathroom was too close to the edge of the sink which resulted in water splashing over on the counter and consequently spilling on the floor. we did wish that there were more breakfast options at the currant.

This is a cute and chic boutique hotel. The view gives off a busy city feel due to the hand full of high rise surrounding the hotel. You can see the space needle from the hotels 7th floor patio. There were great restaurants near by and short walk to the market.

The food is amazing and the stay was great- however the parking situation was VERY confusing and we ended up having to park somewhere else and carry all of our stuff in. Not ideal and valet shouldn't be the only option for your hotel, that's insane

Overall, the stay was wonderful and staff very friendly and accommodating! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the shower is AMAZING!! The food in the restaurant is very disappointing (we ate there twice). There are also many homeless individuals around the hotel and area, unfortunately.

The facility was taken care of and clean. The rooms were fell furnished and updated with modern touches. As for the staff, I had great encounters with four of the six people that I interacted with during my multiple night stay. The other two were rude, not helpful and should find work in anther industry. They do not have a self-serve parking garage, which could be difficult if you want to use the limited street parking in this part of town and do not want to utilize their valet parking for $49 a day. If you don’t need a car for your stay, there is plenty of places within walking distance for dining and tourist like activities. Overall, I would stay here again, especially if I didn’t have a vehicle with me.

The Sound Hotel was lovely. The rooms are very cool and clean and great value. The neighbourhood is a little not great, but we didn't feel unsafe and still walked everywhere. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. We mostly like the comfort of the bed and all the physical fitness things available in the room. The restroom was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and was super helpful. We had trouble with an item in the room and they sent someone to help us right away.

Friendly staff all-around. (Valet, Front-desk) Easy check-in process and fast valet service. We were greeted each instance we came across staff, so that was very nice of them. :) Rooms were spacious and comfy. Exactly what we needed for a few nights stay (in town for Beyoncé concert). The only small issue I had was being called at 4:30p for a noise complaint when we were simply enjoying ourselves getting ready for the event (mind you, sober). To my understanding, I thought noise complaints were usually made for after hrs (10p-7a), but didn't fine-read their policy on that if they had a strict noise policy. Anywho, thank you for a wonderful experience overall. P.S. Love your Terrace and fireplace. It really set the mood for relaxation and chill vibes. :)
