Fantastic venue! I do wish there was a way for hotel guests to get into their concert without going outside and waiting in line - it’s boutique with only 13 rooms - you’d think they could accommodate for that - especially when it’s cold or the weather is ridiculous like it was during the Dessa concert 😅But that said, it was beautiful, the furnishings were nice - the bathroom sink fixtures were loose, pretty, but need to be tightened so easier to use. Everyone was super helpful and responsive! Great place at a GREAT price! So happy we got in.

Great place! Excellent bed and shower and very quiet.

We loved our stay at Hotel Crocodile. We went to a show at The Moore and it was a short walk back to the hotel. With the venue below, it was slightly loud, but not overwhelming and was over by 11:30. We were given plenty of notice though and expected a lively atmosphere. We’ll definitely stay again next time we catch a show there or in the vicinity.

This hotel is fabulous! I was not quite sure what to expect so I feel like it is a hidden gem. The lobby and bar are absolutely fabulous, the no check in system was perfect for me and I will absolutely visit again!

We had a great stay! Accessing the property was easy and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a massive corner room. The room was spotless and the bed was SO comfortable. We were walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants, as well as the concert venue for the show we were attending.
I will say, this hotel is definitely more suitable for a younger audience as there are stairs to get to the rooms, and the hotel is situated above a live music venue/club and you can hear the music in your room at night. We didn’t mind one bit and the provided earplugs were great. We will definitely be back!

Great staff. Really affordable. Nice rooms. Super impressed!!

Very nice hotel, it was a romantic stay
. We attended a concert at the Crocodile and the room was very convenient to get to. It was noisy because of the nearby venue but that's why we choose to stay here.

Very cool property. Had everything I needed for one night stay and was perfect for exploring downtown Seattle.

We came to Seattle to attend a concert at the Crocodile and decided to book the Crocodile Hotel for convenience. We were pleasantly surprised by the classiness, cleanliness, and clever management of this property. We had an excellent and enjoyable stay. While it is set up so that no human interface is needed, the people we ran into while there were super friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were spotless, uniquely decorated and just perfect amenities. Great value and great location. They are also very up-front about potential noise from their music venues, but we found our stay to be perfect in every way. Bravo Crocodile!

The a/c didnt cool and i checked the filter and it was nasty. It was a wall pack so i was able to clean it but it never helped. They say no smoking in rooms but our room smelled awful. They definitely need to get new a/c units and get rid of cigarette smell

Booked our room here since we’re watching a concert downstairs. Very convenient and nice location.

If it isn’t painfully clear in the description, the hotel rooms are 2nd floor over the theater. So if a show is playing, you are going to hear it. However it shuts down by 11:00pm and all is quiet. Our room was very nice, very clean, spacious and comfortable. This is not your plain vanilla hotel, the croc has style you will remember.

Hotel Crocodile was relaxing, cool, convenient, the staff was on it, the room (#3) was so beautiful, I barely heard the concert below, I could walk to everything, and I felt super safe. It’s an easy walk to everything. This is where I will stay whenever I am back in Seattle.

Even if it’s a music center below, it’s so quiet at night. The room is gorgeous and spacious. Moreover everything is in walking distance, very convenient

They took our bags early and even let us in to our room a little early because they knew we’d been traveling and needed a place to decompress! The air conditioning was amazing on a hot summer day. Such cool decor. Thanks for everything!

The hotel was really cute boutique style. Everything was good on that front. Tonya the manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. Here’s the downside. My husband and I are seniors who are not totally decrepit, but appreciative of elevators. There were 2 flights of exhausting stairs we had to climb. It reminded me of when Lucy and Ricky went to Italy, and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the lobby phone. Anyway, That would have been a deal breaker for us if we had known about this. Then about a week before the trip I get an email saying there was a club/rock music venue attached to the hotel, and they could provide ear plugs. I don’t know what fictional connection I have of that but none the less, that should have also been disclosed. Next, I had ordered. KING bed, but was given a queen bed. They blamed hotels.com for that and made an adjustment on my bill. Hotels. Com should take the ding for that one because the order did not get processed to my satisfaction.

This is a super fun and quirky place to stay. Loved the fun touches our room and the lounge had. It is close to Pike's Place and the cafe's nearby were delicious. We didn't have any issues with noise, but appreciated they had ear plugs had we needed them.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was amazing and the room was really comfy. Parking wasn’t too bad as we stayed on a Sunday night. The only issue was our TV in the room had sound problems. We kept having to turn it off and on because the sound would cut off. We checked the cables on it and the settings, but everything was fine. It may need to be repaired or replaced. The point of our stay wasn’t the TV though, and we really enjoyed the hotel. We have several upcoming concerts in Seattle and plan to book again!

The hotel was very nicely designed and clean; however, the building was old and because of this the room smelled. The staff was not on call 24/7 but they left everything that you might need in the lobby. There were complimentary snacks and hot drinks available.

Such a cute place, "check-in" couldn't be easier. Bed was extremely comfy! We will definitely be back. The bar area is SO CUTE. There's a venue downstairs so do be aware of that.

The actual stuffed crocodile in the lobby was cool. There were also sets of cassettes and vinyls to play at your leisure. Our room happened to have a view of the water and that was awesome. Tona was super helpful and kept our bags while we explored the city before the flight home. It was a great experience.

Hotel Croc was such a surprise! We enjoyed our stay very much. It was near Pike Place, and the Space Needle.

Shayla’s the best. Thanks:)

The property was within walking distance of many points of interest including the space needle, the piers, pikes market, etc. The hotel is above/next to the crocodile venue which hosts live music shows which is great for those wanting to catch a show.

This place is the perfect post-concert crash pad! It was one of the most glam bang for your buck hotels we have ever stayed in and we cannot wait for next time! Very easy check in and out process where you don’t have to talk to anyone or wait in any lines and can go straight to your room. It’s extremely friendly for those who are in the city for a concert, as the quiet hours start at 11pm. I felt perfectly safe and also got the vibes of staying in a suite at other hotels from just their normal room! It was so reasonable in price for all of the niceties listed above and we can’t wait to be back!

Since I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.

Just spent two nights at the Crocodile Hotel and went to two nights of shows there. The hotel lobby was a great spot to hang out and meet the artists(if you're lucky; I was!) and it's just kinda perfect. We loved our time here and can't wait to go again. If you are watching a show here and you can, you have to! Fantastic experience and a massive "thank you" everyone at the Crocodile!!

We stayed here a few nights before our cruise. This place worked out great for us. It's a nice place, a good price, and the staff is SUPER friendly. It was easy to see the attention to detail and everything was super clean. We really enjoyed the location with many great coffee shops and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
