Very easy check in and clean and cozy room. Shower was strong and gentle at the same time. Very cozy bed that we didn't want to leave.

We had a great time and our stay was very pleasant! We were well taken care of. Tyler was especially helpful! We watched him and he took care of anything that needed to be done.

I travel every week. This team was one big f the best I’ve ever experienced!! Everyone was genuinely nice and kind. Good people!! Drivers, desk staff, bartenders, everyone I encountered! They should be the example for hotels everywhere in my opinion.

Was able to walk to the theater from the hotel.

The entire property was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. Its good to note that some rooms are interior rooms with no windows, so they feel like sleeping in a closet. The bathroom doors are frosted glass which seems nice at first until someone needs to use the bathroom during the night. The light floods the room. The pool area is amazing for relaxing with nice seating and a TV. Parking in the city garage was easy, at least on a sunday night. Overall its a very nice place, but choose an exterior room with the bathroom door facing AWAY from the bed.

We got a call that our daughter got sick after we finished our anniversary dinner. We tried to cancel our room but the hotel said we would still be charged. So we went home and stayed with her till she feel asleep and tried to continue on our night. We wanted a room with a good view- for our anniversary. Well our window faced the alley and parking garage. Not even kidding. Then the room was nice size but TV was small and clear across the room like 20 feet.
The toilet paper was almost out. Nice of room service not to just out in a new roll.
Then we paid extra for breakfast only to find out they were temporarily not doing breakfast at the hotel until after the 4th. Horrible service and we did not get what we paid for! Disappointing!

Nice place. Walking distance to event center. Clean and friendly. Comfy beds. WiFi not free unless you sigh up for rewards program which is free. Restaurant food pretty good.

We checked out of this hotel at 2:30 in the morning. We got to the hotel after a concert last night. It was very hot and smelled badly but we tried to stick it out without complaining to the front desk because we were really tired. After trying to sleep and the temperature not going below 74, we just couldn't do it. We turned on the lights and realized there was a huge spot on the carpet (maybe 3 foot x 3 foot). It was wet like they had tried to recently clean it up but it hadn't dried. We aren't sure if the stain was blood, vomit, or something else entirely. We do think the stench was probably related to the stain. We told the front desk when we checked out but they offered no apology or offer to make it right. We were very disappointed with this stay.

It was nice, clean, and close to where we needed to be.

Walking distance to Intrust Arena! A plus!! Very clean and they have the best hamburgers!

It would have been nice to have a room service menu. I also requested housekeeping and didn’t get it. I didn’t know garage parking wasn’t free until after I arrived.
Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

I would stay here again!

It was nice, comfortable, and the room was huge. Breakfast was almost $20 a plate, which is crazy high. Especially since I already paid good money to stay there.

Stayed there because I wanted to be close to Old Town. Little further than I thought it would be

Great location. We were able to walk so many places.
The place was immaculate!!
We did find the lack of a window rather weird though the facade on that wall was lovely.
And breakfast could have been either free or better.
But overall an excellent stay.

It was an excellent property and great staff The only issue was the traffic noise at night due to “drag cars” throughout the night. Which the hotel had no power to do anything. I C should have requested to move tithe backside of the hotel.

I was disappointed at the amount of extra vehicles parked around or in front of the entrance Saturday night. They were in the bar which is great for business but was very inconvenient to try to drive through to the parking garage and honestly made me feel unsafe.
The air conditioner in my room (233) was extremely loud at times.
The staff was VERY friendly, accommodating, and helpful! 😊

Excellent stay. Hotel is super clean and quiet. Nice staff, would recommend staying here and returning

Staff were friendly & professional & property was clean & plush looking. I did not like the loud motorcycles revving outside beyond 10 PM. The bathroom did not have sufficient hooks to hang towels, no complimentary breakfast, & parking for most guests was at the garage across the street which was an additional cost!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Super convenient and within a couple blocks walking distance to the Intrust Bank Arena. Parking Garage was only $10 a day, and it gave us direct access to the hotel. Nice, friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Here for the Lauren Daigle concert! AMAZING!

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I thought there were some things that could be done easily to help our stay go a little more smoothly. Most of my suggestions have to do with signage. There are no written instructions anywhere in the room, lobby, or elevator to let guests know there is a pool or how to access it. Same thing for interior access to Starbucks- there is one, but there is nothing in the hotel that informs you about it. Not. One. Sign. The breakfast is confusing- not sure what part is available to all guests without extra charges. Lobby coffee and tea? No real division between the coffee service area and the area where guests would be charged for a breakfast. Lastly, the room did not have enough lights, and some of the lights it had were too dim to provide anything more than accent lighting. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Room was so noisy we could not sleep or watch tv. Traffic was loud, cars racing up and down all night. Why would Hilton rent this room out at all. They were very sorry?
I reserved a room without a window, but I was told that they upgraded to another room. This was a terrible experience, in a beautiful hotel.

Checked in pretty late. Night staff was nice and efficient at getting us our room. Placed in a room in the middle with no window and bed was extremely firm. Breakfast was $18 and parking garage $10 didn’t utilize either due to fees. Stay was good overall.

Great place to stay. We asked for early check in and they accommodated us willingly. We were blessed with a parking spot too. Having Starbucks downstairs was a bonus too!

Front desk crew were amazing - so helpful and kind. Kayler at the hotel bar was fun and made delicious cocktails.
Great room, missed having a window but loved the graphic to mimic a window!

Limited things to do around the area, would just consider sound proof windows. It gets pretty loud at night (traffic) noise.
