We were traveling from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Arizona and out of all the hotels we have been staying at this one was the best. The staff were friendly. Our room was very clean The breakfast area was very clean and breakfast was warm.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was free but it wasn’t that great. I would say it is a below average type of free continental breakfast. Other than that, everything else was great. Room smelt so fresh and so clean. The room had dishes, sink, fridge and a dish washer.

Kind of a "basic" hotel. Pretty plain, no pictures on the wall. The hair dryer in our room didn't work, but we were given another one. The common area carpeting, particularly in the elevator, needs to be replaced. The included breakfast was good, but you need to get there early. We went down around 08:30 and the orange juice and apple juice was out...but eventually replaced. When we left at 08:50 the biscuits and scrambled eggs were gone. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is Always our 'go to' property whenever we come thru Beaumont. Clean, comfortable rooms, yummy hot breakfast, well stocked kitchette, and very pleasant check in staff! Always inviting!

Hotel stay was nothing but amazing, newly built hotel room with full kitchen, big comfortable beds, nice quiet atmosphere for easy rest, staff was amazing, front desk clerk, Cici was very friendly and customer welcoming with a outgoing personality and expertise suited for the qualifications to have a pleasant stay

Check in was long, ten or twelve minutes, no one was in front of me. Room was clean, large, handicap, it was also on the top floor at the end of the hall. (we are 80 years old with problems). no I didn't complain. Breakfast was the worst, very few choices, the eggs and potato were cold, no microwave to heat something in, no milk, no yogurt, no sweet & low, no meat. I ate a biscuit and coffee it was warm and threw the rest in the trash. No recycle here either that I could see. Glad I stayed only one night.

We stay here quite often because baseball tournaments are typically held at the Ford Park. It’s always very clean and the customer service is great! We have only had an issue one time when the room above us let their kids literally let their kid run around the room ALL MORNING. With that being said the employee at the front desk immediately made a phone call and rectified the situation. This is our go to stay every trip!

The facility was ok for the price point. I gave that 4 stars. The breakfast was a 1 star joke. ALL the food was COLD, at least everything that should have been hot (eggs, biscuits, sausage and potatoes or where the potatoes should have been). I brought it up to the front desk and decided on cereal. I suggest an entirely cold breakfast offering, that should be easier to manage.

Very nice room! Had a min- kitchen with basic dishes, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer. We only stayed one night, but this would be handy for longer stays! The room was spacious and clean! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Attended a concert at Ford Arena, and it is a convenient drive, just a couple of miles away. Location is also convenient to many local eateries and fast food.

The Inn was very nice and clean. They had a nice continental breakfast and comfortable beds. There were some residents who were very loud in the hallway and above us, I didn't slept much. But that wasn't the Inn's fault. I would return.

I rented two rooms for our stay, we traveled from Liverpool to see a Tobymac concert and Ford Arena was only eight minutes away from the hotel, this hotel was located at a very convenient location, we stayed for one night, and the place is welcoming, clean rooms. clean, beds, and a very nice breakfast too. Definitely will stay again in the future if I need to. There are fast food restaurants nearby too, Wendys, Chick-fil-A, Subway, Taco Bell, etc.

This is a very nice place to stay. Bed & pillows were awesome & it had a kitchenette which was great. Not really near anywhere but if ur just passing through it is great! Staff was really great as well!

The front desk clerk, Andrea made our stay extremely pleasant. She was super friendly, professional and thorough. She TRULY GETS CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long, long time. Andrea deserves a raise and should seriously be considered for mgt training. A major hotel chain will be looking to snap her up. Hope you guys recognize her excellent service skills, because she is a value-add to that property. Best stay at the property.

Don’t stay in room 110 it’s so nosey I even requested a quiet room hear people running up and down the hall way, getting ice, knocking on my door and running away we didn’t get a good nights rest at all.

The interior of the hotel was in poor condition for a building that was built in 2020. While the lobby and outside of the hotel looks appealing, it does start to deteriorate as you travel into the hallways to your room. It felt almost as if the appliances, chairs, carpet, doors, etc. were salvaged from another hotel and then were poorly installed into this one. The carpet in the hallways/rooms looked faded and dingy. The appliances, sink, and shower head showed signs of rust. The hinges of the bathroom door were rusted, making the door difficult to close without excessive force. The flooring in the bathroom and kitchenette was dirty and sticky feeling. We also had a half used roll of paper towels in our room that had food on it. Despite claiming to be a “Smoke Free” hotel, the smell of marijuana was strong throughout the hallways. While the walls were “Soundproof”, the doors did very little to block out sound. The sound of doors opening/closing and people talking in the halls could be heard clearly through the door. The same can be said from the hallway and being able to clearly hear people conversing in their rooms through the doors. The shower curtain lacked a liner. Therefore the curtain, which appeared to potentially have had some type of mold on it, soaked up a lot of water. The lack of a shower curtain liner also lead to a lot of water getting onto the bathroom floor, as the cloth curtain did very little to keep the water in the shower.
