I am from Indy and recently moved to CA. I have much interests regarding the Bottle work project and am so please how it turn out. Great work! The Hotel is a destinatioin in itsel and the service excellent. One question , I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and my room was cleaned once. is it the norm after COVID now?

We stayed one night for our anniversary. I scheduled spa services at the adjoining Woodhouse Spa. We used room service for dinner and breakfast- both very very good. The mini bar is well stocked. We brought our dog and they give you bowls, treats, and a tennis ball. Very comfy bed! We would return and recommend to others.

Amazing hotel. So unique and fun. The neighboring area has so much to do. There is really no need to travel anywhere else.

Very cool hotel. This hotel was originally the bottle plant for Coca-Cola in Indianapolis. The lobby has been restored to the original condition and the surrounding block has lots of great food, drink, and entertainment options. Definitely worth it. The beds were very comfortable.

Loved the Bottleworks! The hotel is beautiful; rooms are quite large with marble bathrooms, relaxing seating areas, and super-comfy beds/linens. The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our every comfort.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Indy!

I love this hotel, unique architecture and great service

It was very nice, as it was in our previous stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very affordable. However, our room (as it was in our previous stay) was at the far end of this very long hotel and the property did not seem to be particularly busy. It would have been nice to have a room closer to the lobby with a view of something other than the interstate....

This hotel is fabulous. Every detail has been finely thought out and is a feast for your senses. The bedding is extremely comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Our only complaint is that the television needs to tilt a little more in relation to where the bed is, but that’s hardly a complaint. We will be back!

Honestly it was fantastic— the staff was great, the hotel felt luxurious— and being so close to movies and food was very cool. The incorporation of classic architecture was delightful, we need more of that in Indy. If anything— more references to the classic art deco era and style would probably add to the experience. The massive, ubiquitous, and totally arbitrary black and white photos were sort of hilarious. My wife and I counted all the guys with beards and pipes.
Indy can do hip and cool, without trying QUITE so hard. A dose of authenticity and history wouldn’t hurt.

The slight increase in price over a ‘standard’ hotel was more than made up for by the size of the room, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff!

The staff were super helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
Will definitely be making a return trip.

Very beautiful and unique. I would say parking to unload was an issue. There are places to park but not close. We had to valet the first night so we were close to the entrance to unload. Also, if you have pets, make sure you ask about a room close to the elevator. It is a veryblarge hotel and our room was very far from the elevator. We have 2 small dogs and it made it difficult for taking them out. We loved the hotel though and would definitely go back.
