Comfortable, convenient hotel just off the interstate. Restaurants 5 - 10 min drive. Not walkable as it's in an industrial kind of area. Rooms quiet and clean. Felt safe. Breakfast provided.

Our stay overall was extremely pleasant. Our clerk that checked us in was very quiet and he didnt display much happiness. However he certainly was not rude, he got us our keys and we were on our way to our room. And the next morning the same gentleman was who we turned our keys in to at the desk and he did thank us. The room and hotel was very clean. Our view was of the abandoned Bob Evans and the highway neither of which are the hotels doing or fault. Easy access to 465 and no real complaints

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. We arrived at 1:30am and did not have any issues checking in. The pool was permanently closed which was a little disappointing. Breakfast was good. It was the typical waffles, eggs, cereal, sausage hotel breakfast.

Check in was very easy. The hotel and rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel is not in the best area but very accessible to the highway. Didn't have any problems with coming or leaving the hotel. Breakfast was very simple could have been more choices. Would stay again if in the area.

The stay was fine, The service desk person was abrupt. He did not speak English. The breakfast staff was also abrupt (I.e., snatching plates, standing over people, cleaning and pushing past customers). The timing of breakfast is to early and short. Check out is at 11...Breakfast should be from 6:00-10:30. Also breakfast should include sausage or bacon.

It was loud. The walls are so thin. Sounded liked someone was stomping and slamming in the hallways. Elevator didn’t work.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and the food was good too!

I would have rated service higher if everyone we dealt with was like Jody, my new favorite breakfast lady. She is amazing, so sweet, helpful, loved talking with her. Hire more people like her! She definitely makes us want to come back and stay there.

Our stay overall was good! Older hotel but looked like some renovations had recently been made. Decent breakfast. My only complaint was the dust in the room. It was on the ceiling and walls. I do question if people lived in the hotel. The marijuana smell at the end of the hallway on the first floor was very strong.

The front desk staff was very accommodating. There was an issue with the toilet in our room and they didnt hesitate to move us. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet.

The room was not clean. The layer sheets with the douvet which was stained yellow. There was a men’s toenail on the carpet between the bed and nightstand, we noted our socks were shockingly dark from How dirty the carpet is. The shower was either freezing or scalding, no middle ground. Overall not a great experience. There are other better options in this price range.

We had an excellent stay! Hotel appeared and smelled clean from the start. Parking was adequate, the front desk staff was friendly, the room was better than expected for the price. Again, appeared clean, smelled clean, some recent updates. The beds and pillows were comfy. The halls were quiet, the room was quiet, couldn’t hear any outside noise. Not much in the surrounding area (although we didn’t venture up or down the street). Located right off the highway, felt safe & secure and only 10 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. Good water pressure and the air/heat unit in the room worked well. Breakfast ends at 9, which I think is a bit early, and they did run out of food- so don’t sleep on that. Jodi makes EXCELLENT waffles! Overall- I am completely satisfied and got a GREAT price. This is my honest review, yes I would recommend this hotel and yes I would stay here again if back in the area.

Reeked of pot the entire time we were there from right outside the building and throughout! Rude guest/ loud all hours (thin walls). Great breakfast and staff attending it.

Website didn't advise pool is permanently closed. Only working icemaker was on the first floor. Check in rep was not friendly but the check out guy was.

Much better than what I expected for the price. They also have nice free breakfast. Room came with refrigerator and microwave too. Excellent!

The staff is unwelcoming. The front desk is your first impression of the hotel and they didn’t pass the test. No one wants to feeling like an unwanted guest. The incidental charge was $100….more expensive than an other hotel if frequent ed. The FD kept saying “No smoking in room and “If something is missing from the room” the $100 will be charged.

I liked the proximity of this hotel to the highway. It was easy to access.

Best night’s sleep in four days of traveling across the country. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Some hotels have 2-4 pillows to choose from and all are to thick. Last night one was of perfect size. Not too thin and not too thick! Thanks.

hotel was clean and comfortable, one issue did arise during the stay on about the second day where the hot water went out and then the water was out all together causing some issues with flushing the toilets and showering so that was a bummer but it was fixed overnight and was working the next day so not too much to complain about. Breakfast was delicious and jody was awesome and kind. overall a really great and affordable place to be while we visited !

The front desk staff were wonderful… polite kind, and welcoming. Jody who ran breakfast is an absolute treasure. She was so upbeat and friendly. Even just listening to her talk to others spreading her positivity made me smile. I’d give this hotel 5 stars just for her! But in all honesty it was very clean, rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and all of the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Staff was so helpful. Clean. Person was there to help us and made our pancakes. It looked like high end hotel for really gd price.
