Stayed at the Edward Hotel for three nights while in Buffalo for an extended weekend getaway. It’s easy to find and within walking distance of many great local restaurants and shops on Elmwood. The keyless entry was simple and our “front desk” contact was responsive to questions and gave us great suggestions of where to go to eat. The room was lovely, quiet, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was charming and a 30 minute use kept the room comfortable long after the fireplace shut off. The neighborhood is very interesting and many of the houses were decorated for Halloween. My favorite house was a bright magenta Victorian that could almost be a Barbie dream house. It was adorable. Parking can be a bit tricky. We parked in the hotel lot when we arrived and never moved the car. Took Uber to Key Bank Center and that was a bargain—plus we didn’t have to search for parking when we got back! It was a great place to stay and I would go there again.

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. and the staff were very helpful. We especially enjoyed the location as it was in an interesting area, and it was easy to get wherever we needed to go. We would definitely recommend The Edward to others going to Buffalo!

The Edward is the most unique hotel we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and in an ideal location for us. We'll definitely book this sweet hotel next time we're in Buffalo. Oh, did I mention our room had a fireplace?!

Great remote check in with easy to follow instructions ahead of time, lovely room with great facilities, very comfy bed and really nice touch with the coffee machine, welcome snacks and supplies in the lobby, would definitely recommend

Beautiful room with tons of space and you never hear anyone else! One of my biggest issues with hotels is when you hear everyone else opening and closing their door, showering, watching tv, etc. We didn’t hear a peep in this room. Every detail was taken into account, it’s a great location walkable to restaurants and shops, lots of street parking, and very safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

You want unique, cozy, classy, and just all around amazing? This is the hotel for you. You will not find a place like this at the big chain locations. Great location with public transportation, friendly staff, can't say enough about this place. Will absolutely be coming back!

Lovely room in historic building with art, chandeliers, fireplace, comfortable bed and modern shower. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Self-check in with very responsive “host” via text.

Very unique and quaint hotel. Top notch welcoming and ensuring one knew how to access self check-in. Highly recommend as we wished we could have stayed longer!

Despite no onsite staff, The Edward was a great place to stay. Super quiet, luxurious rooms. Def will be back.

the hotel is an old house, like a living museum. I love the decor , very modern and chic. they could put rooms on first floor but the first floor are public space decorated with arts. it's very relaxing , the room is spacious with walk in shower and bathtub.

We really enjoyed it. The room was wonderful. We'll likely stay there again.

We loved The Edward. The beautiful decor and ambiance were outside of the ordinary, and we really enjoyed that. It was fun to take a long walk in the neighborhood and admire all the historic homes. Also enjoyed all the extra little treats they had out.

I had trouble getting the coffee maker to work—at 7:00AM, the owner texts me to make all was well, and she had a new coffee maker in the room the next morning. Great customer service!

This was an old large home that has been transformed into an erfully decorated hotel. This is a locked facility and you will get codes to enter which works great except when we needed to Fed Ex a package to the hotel and there was no one to accept the package. Otherwise very comfy and nicely decorated. Stay here if you appreciate privacy and old time luxury.

This very uniquely furnished, beautifully decorated hotel is absolutely awesome😁 It begins with an intelligent contact free check in and just gets better as you go! Elegance combined with comfort and attention to detail make this an interesting place to enjoy throughout the stay. Amazingly comfortable and impeccably clean. Dont hesitate to bring your companion here you will not be disappointed! Close to nearby attractions but private and very classy. 10 out of 10

Communication from property was great despite there not being anyone on site. Someone was always quick to respond to questions. The coded doors were a bit tricky at first but easy to use once you get the hang of it. Great location, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Property was quiet at night with minimal noise coming from guests staying above my room. I would definitely stay here again.

The decor was unique and made our stay interesting and fun! Loved the Kennedy Suite . Very quiet and loved the beautiful bath. . Just needs a little soap dish / Shelf. when i had a small problem
