Great friendly place to stay. Highly recommended for business travelers.
Location within walking distance to eateries and shopping.

Incredible location, seamless checkin and checkout process, and excellent in-room amenities. Would stay again in an instant.

The room is convenient for a weeklong stay as there's a kitchen with a fridge and stove provided. You're just across the street from Pike's market and there is an H mart 2 doors down for any essentials and snacks.

Check in was a problem. Code provided did not work and we had to wait for a new one.
Location was very good.

Great spot that is close to Pike’s and walking distance from some great food. Very quiet just wish the rooms had curtains over the shades for a little more darkness in the early hours after sunrise. We will definitely stay here again.

Super cute and small hotel right in downtown. The location was more than ideal, right across the street from Pike Place and central to most things we wanted to do on our trip. The hotel was clean and had what we needed. The room was a little crammed, but for the price I can’t complain. It was super quiet as well. We didn’t feel the safest walking around at night (same as any downtown area), but during the day was perfect.

It really was a great trip! The hotel was in a perfect spot to walk around and enjoy downtown. Taylor who worked the from desk was great and was a huge help in directing us where to go and get us started on our trip. Was a great experience and a wonderful time. We will be back

There were pros and cons to this location.
Pros: the panoramic view of the pier and ocean was nice. The apartment was clean and provided many amenities. Very comfortable and spacious studio apartment. It is very close (walking distance) to the public market and many other nice spots like coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. Nice scenic city views.
Cons: it is in the downtown seattle area. So, it is very noisy at night. I heard sirens every night. Although the apartment had heating and a dial to control it, the room got very cold at night, even with the temperature set up high, but this is also due to the extreme weather outside. The room was also missing some essentials, such as a sponge if you wanted to wash dishes to reuse, no salt or pepper (which may seem picky, but my friend had all of these in their apartment). There is also no front desk or concierge, which may or may not be a good thing, but considering how the surrounding areas may seem unsafe to people who aren’t used to downtown city areas, it may benefit to have someone monitor who goes into the building or even to ask questions or concerns.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but it could have been a more pleasant experience with minor adjustments. However, I would consider staying there again.

Property is great loved our room and the service just the area we were in there was to much homeless doing drugs and wondering around outside couldnt walk anywhere at night

Everything was "mostly" clean when we got there. There were a few crumbs left on the couch. I suspect if they have the type of vacuum that had an attachment, it would have been taken care of. Overall, the place was clean and perfect for what we needed.

The property was nice and so was the apartment. The third level smelt so bad. It never went away during the whole stay. Smelt very strongly of fish. We went to different floors to see if the smell was there and it wasn’t noticeable. Luckily our room didn’t smell bad!

I absolutely loved our little apartment and would stay here again. It was clean, well decorated, and above all else the location was excellent! It was very loud at night but use earplugs and a sleep mask and enjoy a prime location. Highly recommend upgrading for the bay view. Yes there are lots of homeless in the area but 1. it’s a city and 2. have some compassion. We had zero issues and felt completely safe.

Great property and perfect location for exploring the city. Just wish the couch folded out into a bed. Really my only complaint. I would stay here again

Everything at the hotel was wonderful, it's right down town close to so many things to see and do. Big problem: the code. Our code only worked on the room. we could not get in the font door or access the elevator. There was a crowed of others having the same issue. We were let in the building and used the elevator when another guest came down. We found out a number of us had the same room code. A couple gave us the correct code to access the front door and elevator otherwise we could have been stuck. That needs to be fixed pronto.

The window in the bedroom would not close. There was a gap that was allowing cold air in.

Dirty entrance, dirty clunky elevator, code at the entrance is hit or miss...
Heater in room takes 24 hours to kick in
Windows shutters do not block light or noise. Area is very loud and noisy
Looks nice in the pictures, recently painted but.
Many homelessness around, not that great /safe

The 1 bedroom apartment was nice. Kitchen was clean and modern. Living furniture was good, but not great. Bed was very good, nice mattress, sheets, pillows, etc. it would have been better with room darkening and noise suppressing curtains. The shades did not block the street lights and being right on a popular street there was a lot of noise. There was a problem with electric look, but the phone number provide for support was able to resolve it pretty quickly. The lobby and hallway is dated, but the room felt clean and modern.

Location was a dream for access to pikes place & downtown. Ease of personless check in process worked great! Due to location street noise can be a bit annoying at nighttime. The room needed black out curtains to minimize street lights peering into the room. Bed was comfortable & room was stocked with everything you would need including a fully stocked kitchen!

This was a great option. The location was the best! Room was clean and it was plenty of room for 2 people. So close to the market and the light rail. We had problems with our code but were able to have it fixed pretty quickly, customer service is was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment. Check in was contactless and couldn’t have been easier. Gorgeous views. Excellent location.

Customer service was excellent. We had an issue with room 303 with one of the windows not closing all the way. Sleeping at night was difficult due to the extra noise coming from the window. They moved us right away to room 202 with an even better corner view of Pike’s Place and no extra noise. The location of the hotel is excellent of course being right next to Pike’s. Edzel the mint house guest care was terrific.

Great location. Walking distance to all major stops. Depending what side you are on, it can be a bit loud at night due to activity in alleyway. Overall loved.

This is not a traditional hotel. There isn't a lobby, with staff and people to ask questions. Its cut and dry- a room to stay in. Fantastic location!! Kitchen in the room is a nice feature. Updated decor and finishes, but somehow dingy at the same time. Terrible sheets. Very very loud! They even leave earplugs for you. The windows are paper thin and dont block any street noise. Would we stay here again, I don't know. But we also dont regret staying here.

Location is great but the blinds don't cut it on keep out the street lights.
Pictures showed laundry in the unit. There was pay laundry in the hallway.
Elevator was iffy.
5.0
Excellent location near Pike Place Market. Walls were thin so could hear the neighbours and outside noise. However, earbuds were provided. Also, the only elevator is slow and jerks when it stops.

Nice amenities. Convenient downtown location.

First, the code didn’t work to let us in the building. The apartment im looks nothing like the pictures. It is embarrassingly small. Had a terrible time getting in around the huge television while tripping on the rug Very disappointed

Nice location, great property

View of the other side of the building wasn’t great. Elevator was slow and loud. Otherwise everything was ok.
3.0
The place was clean and the location was perfect for our trip since it was only one street away from Pike Place Market. The only down side was the noise. Wasn’t sure if it was people on the street or people who were living upstairs, but heard people talking very loudly until 1-2am on a weekday . Regardless, still enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others to book this place!
