A brand new hotel in downtown, where you can go anywhere in the city in short distance. Spacious room too. Sadly there is no bathtub in the basic room but that’s a good deal.

We arrived super early after a cancelled flight while en route to another destination. The staff managed to prioritize an early check-in for us. We were extremely appreciative as we had been traveling all night. We have stayed here before and find the staff consistently polite, helpful and willing to go above and beyond whenever possible. When leaving, we wanted to take the bus back to the airport and asked the valet attendant on our way out if she knew where to catch the bus. She actually walked us to the corner and showed us exactly where to go so that we could wait inside a warm spot until the bus arrived. Outstanding staff make this a place worth booking!

Minimal choices for parking sucked. I received a parking ticket in the Impark. Why can I not park my own vehicle in the underground parking? I would have paid the valet fee otherwise.

Stayed for a night brought our miniature pincher nothing was said about 109 dollars for our dog, but next morning got a bill for 109 dollars when the room was 150 already. End of story if you have a pet do not stay there our dog is 8 pounds unbelievable

Easy access to surrounding buildings via the P15s so no need to step outside in case of bad weather.

What I liked: The design of the room. The couch was cool, the fridge was neatly tucked away in an odd piece of wooden furniture, large tv that welcomed me by name, the shower was spacious and got as hot as I wanted with good pressure. It felt very upscale. Good price for what you get. Check-in and out were super easy and customer service was very friendly. Valet parking was efficient and convenient. They have a wide variety of food and drink available at the front desk. Three elevators all which work quickly. The entire portion of the hotel that I witnessed was spotless. What I didn't like: Nobody tells you you're going to have to pay an arm and a leg for parking. There's no city parking nearby, and for some reason the two Impark lots adjacent to the hotel charge $42 to cover 6pm-11am. The hotel offers $50 valet underground parking so I went with that, but as somebody on a budget it was a hard pill to swallow.

I had a really wonderful 5 night stay at the courtyard marriot! The staff was so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile by doing kind things such as bringing a microwave to my room for me. I really appreciated the friendly service and the hotel was clean and smelled wonderful! Would definitely stay here again whenever I am in Calgary!

Very cean hotel, friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Even valet staff was super nice. Conveniently located a few blocks from Core shopping Mall, close to train and bus station. Starbucks and Tim Hortons is a 1-2 block walk. Access the 15 walkways from 2nd floor. Stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world, but this little gem tops them all. Will definitely visit again Thank you .

I loved how beautiful and clean the room was. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved how safe the building is. I didn’t like how in room dining took forever, and that the food came in plastic take out boxes, was $36 for two pieces of ravioli.

Upon arrival, my partner went to the staff inside to ask where we could park our vehicle. The staff indicated, "it is valet" & didn't say anything else. I started to unload my things when we were assisted by a staff member. Upon arrival to the front desk, staff member checked us in. It was observed that she was either having a bad day or didn't want to assist us especially with the attidue we were greeted with. She checked us in and there was no indcation of addtional costs. Upon checking out, Jasneet had a great attitude and was polite, she indicated to us that there was a charge of $50 for parking. We were confused as no cost was indicated to us when we checked in & no other parking was provided as an option. Jasneet apolgized & stated there was 3 options available such as, the valet parking with a cost, Impark on the side of the building and street parking. We indicated to her that only the valet parking was provided as an option and as we were not from here, it was the hotel's responsbility to provide more options. I would recommend hotel staff members to be clear and concise with any guests coming in moving forward.

Pay 3 CAD for a bottle of 500ml water, only one small tube of body lotion provided, no toiletries.

Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Restaurant and bistro staff were excellent and wonderful and nicely accommodating. Had a great stay.

Great location. Nice staff. Looks clean first but saw greasy table in the end. Ventilation fan right above bed head and being noisy, not able to shut in. Chargeable bottled water.
