When visiting the Entertainment Capital of TX come rest in your 1 Bedroom apartment with granite countertops, updated bathroom, 3 large closets, luxe mattress, bedding & linens. We're experienced hosts & will make sure you'll love your stay! Need more room ask us! The Space: We require all guests to agree to our house rules INCLUDING no smoking and no parties. Your reservation will be cancelled if you don't agree and fines will be assessed. The comfort of our guests matters to us! Please note our pet policy if you plan on bringing your fur baby. Spacious 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment- this unit is located upstairs! Enter into the Living Room equipped with a large comfortable Sleeper Sofa with a 55" TV that has Netflix and streaming cable. The great room leads into a generous dining table and kitchen with gorgeous grey granite countertops. A full stove and fridge means you can cook any meal or store that takeout. A dishwasher means hassle free dishes. The bedroom has a large high end King Size bed so you can stretch out and catch up on shows and sleep. A newly updated bathroom with a tub/shower lets you get ready for the day with ease! 3 Large closets means you aren't tripping over your luggage the entire time- one in the Living room, one in the hall and a massive one in the bedroom. The Neighborhood: Very Aptly named the entertainment capital of Texas, Arlington boasts a plethora of things to do- 6 flags, hurricane harbor, cowboys stadium, globe life field and park, Ripley's believe it or not, the list goes on and on. Right in between Fort Worth and Dallas you can sight see everything in the DFW metroplex or be in a convenient location for business. We are located literally across from a Cowboys Stadium Parking lot. We just completely remodeled this complex so you are sure to have everything you need. Getting Around: Arlington has partnered with Via- its only $3 a ride! Other Things to Note: PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $75 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation. Maximum 2 pets, please Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dogs barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark. Please keep your pets off the furniture, pickup your pets waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times. *Please note you will be assessed a fine if you bring a pet(s) without adding adding them to the reservation prior to your arrival. Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario. Enjoy your time in Arlington with your fur baby! Interaction with Guests: We leave you space but are nearby if you need us and keep a close eye on the property!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while we were in town for a cowboy football game. The apartment was spacious and cozy. It is the perfect location for either Cowboys or Rangers game. We walked to the game, then to Texas live then home afterwards. It was so nice to not worry about moving our car, Dealing with traffic or worrying about parking. There is even a yummy taco restaurant right next-door! We will definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and nicely updated. There was a nice parking lot for our rental car. The location was EXCELLENT as we walked to ATT Stadium for the Cowboys game and the next night walked to Globe Life Park for a Texas Rangers game. The restaurant right next door, Tu Taco was very reasonably priced and tasty. Nightlife was so fun as we went to the Tipsy Oak to listen to a band, On Tap house for some brews and went to Milo's one night which was a fun loving dive bar. We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and in a good location for our weekend in Arlington. It is a little bit of a walk to AT&T stadium about 12-15 min for our legs and Globe Life was about 20 min. It was very nice not having to be in the traffic after our events let out. The complex is dated, but clean and comfortable inside. The owner were very quick to respond with any questions I had. I will stay here again should the need arise!

Family stayed here for a concert being held at AT&T stadium. Fantastic location within walking distance!!! Amazing responsive host who goes above expectations with hosting!!! We will be back for sure!!!

Inside the property was nice. We attended the Rangers game and this was located near by. Not walkable but still very close.
