No breakfast at the facility.
Rooms don’t have a minibar refrigerator and a microwave. I had to buy a small icebox to fill with ice from the facility to have some cold water to drink.

The only thing good was location
1. Property is very old and dirty.
2. Room was smelly from carpet and the AC didn’t cool well enough.
3. The pillows and sheets had stains. Pillows are poor condition
4. The toilet didn’t flush properly
5. The tub had mold stains on curtains and along the wall.
6. Sink has so many stains
7. The doors didn’t work with the key. Anyone was able to walk in. It was not safe.
8. I was charged parking even though I paid $450 for the room. That is bad.
9. Ice machine didn’t work on the second floor

Shower didn't work. Hallways very dirty. Toilet overflowed. Smelled and the blankets and sheets had red stains all over them. Like they don't was sheets just redo the beds.

The afternoon/evening staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful upon our arrival. It was very busy but they got us checked in promptly and were so kind. The beds were newer and very comfortable.
Apart from the staff and the beds, the rest of our stay was disappointing, ESPECIALLY when considering the excessive price of the room ($265). There weren't even basic things like a coffee maker in the room. The rooms were generally clean enough but the rest of the place was rundown and FILTHY, the parking lot was torn up, poorly marked, and full of screws, and they charged $40/space, even for guests of the hotel that are already paying $265 for a crappy room. I understand we were mostly paying for convenience the location due to the concert we were attending across the street at the stadium, but it was still a ridiculous price - nearly $400 total for one night and to park two vehicles. Where are they spending that money? It certainly isn't on their so called "renovations".

The location was great
The room given on the first night had ants in the bathtub, and the tub drain wouldn't drain the water properly. The door was also hard to open and close

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait, so this was a big plus.

Bad experience overall.
No pool as advertised in the picture at booking, motel under remodeling and the smell of paint was overwhelming. No remote for television, no inside security door lock in door, loud construction noise early in the morning, no room service the first day (I had to ask front desk), elevator very wear down we used the stairs every time.

When you arrive for an event, you are allowed to check into the hotel with zero cars, but if you would like to check in with a car and keep your car with you in the parking lot while you sleep in the room like a normal hotel stay, well then you must pay an additional $40 for that "privilege" which is a basic part of travel.
An additional issue was that my stay was canceled due to the fact that the hotel was under renovations and their online partners didn't block off inventory that was not available due to renovations that were going on at the hotel at the time of my booked stay. So when I got to the desk, I was turned away. I could stay, they said, but my room wouldn't be air conditioned.
When I told them it looked bad on the hotel to allow guests to book and then not allow them to go through with their booking they said "No it doesn't."
All they had to say was "I know. And I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We tried calling you and we just couldn't reach you."
But instead they insisted that it didn't look bad on them and "we called you and you didn't pick up."
Well, nobody answers a call from an unknown number these days and neither did I. They should still work these issues out with their online partners. If a room is not truly available because of renovations, that's an easy situation to remedy with your online partners. You just block off those rooms. It can't be that hard in today's era of technological advances.
