Only a quick 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach, this house is completely furnished and equipped for your vacation needs including WiFi. The open concept kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ample seating. Spend warm days at the beach and sleep in the comfort of central air conditioning. There are comfortable leather sofas and HD TV in the living room and a second living room with a TV on the 3rd floor provides extra space to stretch out and relax. Three bedrooms have king size beds with one having an en-suite bathroom and all 3 have TVs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twins, perfect for a family with children. A 5th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for a total sleeping capacity for 14. A laundry room with double washers and dryers is a bonus. The deck has an umbrella table with seating for 8 and a large gas grill with direct propane hook-up to the house. There is a great yard for lawn games and an outside rinse station with hot/cold water to rinse off beach sand. Parking won't be a problem with plenty of room for your vehicles. Short Sands Beach with all of the shops, restaurants and amusements are within walking distance from the house. Come and enjoy one of Maine's most beautiful family friendly beaches and make memories that will last a lifetime. Summer weeks are reserved Friday to Friday to avoid Saturday traffic.

This house is super comfortable and cozy for a winter's stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedrooms are all good-sized and comfy, the showers work well, and the kitchen/living/dining area is great to hang out in. There's a Hannaford grocery store 10 minutes away. We walked to the lighthouse on Nubble point and hiked up Mt Agamenticus - both very close by. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Only downside is all of the restaurants and businesses in York were closed for the winter. For takeout, we had to pickup in Portsmouth, a 25 minute drive. Brian was very helpful and responsive.

Hands down, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at! Spacious, clean, with all the amenities and more (they even had a Christmas tree in the living room!). Brian was extremely communicative and responsive. This house was perfect for our girls weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

10 ladies had a wonderful time at this fantastic home for a long weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to feel right at home. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk, close to shops and restaurants too. We look forward to returning.

This was our first time staying at the house. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ranging in age from 16 to 7). The house was perfect. The kids were able to hang out on the top floor with their own living room space while the adults were downstairs in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the home was immaculate. We loved being close to Longs Sands Beach and downtown. We will definitely be back!

This enormous beautiful home is situated in a cozy neighborhood just minutes from the beach and town of York. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Brian is an amazing host and was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our weekend. There was plenty of room for 10 adults to spread out, and everyone kept commenting on how great the space was. All amenities were top notch, supplies were stocked, and the location was perfect. It was a total bonus that we had a large backyard to enjoy morning yoga as a group! (Shoutout to Yoga on York for coming to us for that experience.) The beds were comfortable, and the living space on the top floor was a great space to get cozy together for hours of talking and laughing. I truly think this rental made our weekend as successful as it was. I am so thankful, and highly recommend staying here!!

Brian was an excellent host and his house is even better! We were very pleased that the home was stocked with everything we needed; from a large pot to cook lobsters, a grill with a gas line (no propane needed), comfortable beds and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the little ones. We lucked out and got incredible weather in early May, and walked less than 5 minutes to the beach for a swim every day! The neighbors were quiet and friendly, and we would definitely come back here. The best thing about this property is the layout; three floors of space for everyone to spread out! Even with 14 adults, there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space to make everyone feel like they weren't on top of each other. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Brian was a very generous and flexible host who made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!!

This property was amazing! It was perfect location for our family to gather before the holidays. The house was very clean, updated, spacious and had everything we needed and then some. More beds than we even needed. Three floors. Wall to wall updated floors, decor, etc. The renters were very accessible to contact and left great instructions. We have rented several times in York and this might be our new favorite!

The house is conveniently located with a short drive to local attractions and activities and a pleasant and short walk to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We go to York the same weekend every year with our adult children and our young grandchildren and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Within walking distance of pretty much everything, including both long sands and short sands beaches, the downtown area, zoo, general store and more! Molly was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

The home was so comfortable for a big group, lots of room for the kids to hang out. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, all in all a great experience!

The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything needed for our long weekend. We were attending the wedding of my nephew and his now lovely wife and we made a weekend out of it. Short walks to both long sands .2 miles and short sands maybe .5 miles. My sister and our adult children and their significant others all stayed and there was plenty of bathrooms and space for all to be ready to leave on time! Would highly recommend this home to anyone!

My family stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. We are 8 adults ages 27-87. We had plenty of room and lots of bathrooms made getting ready easy. The top floor, Penthouse , was great for my son to have his own space, he didn't want to leave. We would love to stay at this beautiful home again.

We met with our sons, daughter-in-law and grandsons. The house was a great location to reach the beach and York on foot. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking.
