Our stay was fantastic. We rented the house so we could hit the Bourbon trail. The house was perfect for 3 couples. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we were in Lexington.

The house is in a nice neighborhood and was beautifully decorated. We stayed for two nights and the home was perfect for our short 2 day trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice property. Plenty of space and just about everything one would need to cook a meal. Living room TV could be a little bigger but adequate. Didn't use outdoor furniture, brought our own chairs. Overall a nice clean property. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice.. Couple of things Hall bath,receptacle not working Toilet seat cracked Toilet paper holder falling off No replacement, paper towels and toilet paper.. Other then a few flaws,is was great and i would rent again Thank you

From start to finish this visit was top notch. The house is well-maintained and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a huge park behind it. Walking paths and tennis courts are right behind the house and you only have to walk down 3 or 4 house to the access path. There is a driveway and on-street parking. Great kitchen with all we needed to feed everyone. The owners communicated with us every step of the way and were very welcoming and helpful. No complaints. 5-star experience.

Really great stay at a property located close to Keeneland. We were in town for a wedding, and the venue was just minutes away, making this home logistically more ideal than area hotels. But what made the stay fabulous was the extra space and hospitality of the hosts. They truly thought of everything - extra toiletry items, a sewing kit, books, games, and guides to local attractions. Don’t hesitate to stay!

Very nice, updated, clean home for a small family or group of friends. Bathrooms are updated and all furniture is comfortable. Shopping and nice restaurants are close by. Although i grew up in the area and knew it well, the owner checked in on us and made sure our stay was comfortable

My family stayed at this property after a full day at Keenland races. It was absolutely adorable and the perfect spot for our entire family to talk and play board games that evening. There were 14 of us and it didn’t feel crowded at all! My husband and I stayed the night at the house with our teenage son. Both beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were outstanding. The backyard was also quiet and a nice place for morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a night at Sky Beauty as it was a perfect halfway point heading south from Ohio to our vacation spot in the south. The home Is perfect for 5-6 people and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The house is updated and tastefully decorated. Beds are super comfy. Location is great, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Found a super restaurant nearby also, OBC Kitchen. We enjoyed everything so much we decided to stay here on our way home to break up our trip again. Would highly recommend this home!
